Efficacy Of Oryz-aspergillus Enzyme And Pancreatin In Cirrhotic Patients With Dyspepsia

Dyspepsia with liver cirrhotic is common.Most of the patients not over impair liver function,but also appear in different degrees of dyspepsia clinical symptoms.The pathophysiological mechanisms of cirrhosis dyspepsia may be related to gastrointestinal motility disorder,gastrointestinal hormone disorder,malabsorption,Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection,intestinal bacterial translocation.Gastrointestinal motility dysfunction and gastrointestinal hormone level disturbance is very important in the cirrhosis with dyspepsia.Gastrointestinal motility disorders are often accompanied by gastrointestinal hormone secretion disorders,leading to insufficient secretion of digestive enzymes.For example,delayed gastric emptying can lead to increased ineffective discharge of digestive enzymes,and digestion.Enzyme secretion is relatively reduced,the digestion rate of food is reduced,and the excretion of digestive enzymes exceeds the relative required amount,which in turn can aggravate the delay of gastric emptying.The decrease of bile flow in patients with cholestasis will reduce the utilization of bile salts in the intestinal cavity.Therefore,gastrointestinal motility dysfunction and hormone level disturbance affect each other.Oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin usually contain pancreatin and Aspergillus oryzae extract,which can supplement digestive enzymes and help digestion to relieve symptoms such as bloating.Pancreatin can replace the body’s own digestive enzymes;Aspergillus oryzae in the stomach degrades food proteins into amino acids through irritating gastric juice and pancreatic secretions.They are stable in a wide p H range and enable protein digestion Continue in the small intestine;Aspergillus oryzae cellulase can break down difficult-to-digest plant cell walls and skeletons,thus preventing flatulence.Miqu pancreatic enzyme tablets are effective in treating dyspepsia.This study will analyze the efficacy of Aspergillus oryzae pancreatin tablets in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with indigestion.Objective:1.According to Child-Pugh A,B and C grades of patients with liver cirrhosis,observe the efficacy of Oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets.Methods:80 patients with cirrhotic patients with dyspepsia who were treated at Gastroenterology were selected.In the control group,patients were given comprehensive treatment such as Anti-inflammatory and choleretic,improve liver protection,diuresis,et al.The test group was added with Oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets.Results:1.After the treatment time of the tablets(2 weeks to 4 weeks),the symptom score was gradually decreased(P<0.05).2.With the progress of liver cirrhosis,the gastrointestinal symptom score of patients with dyspepsia increased significantly.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of dyspeptic symptoms in the experimental group was 95%,and the total effective rate of dyspeptic symptoms in the control group was 65%.3.The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly improved in the patients with liver cirrhosis,by 4weeks treatment time of the tablets.Conclusion:1、Oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin can improve the symptoms of indigestion in patients with liver cirrhosis at all levels.
