| Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms and improvement of cervical spine dysfunction in the treatment of C5/6 segmental radiculopathy with supine traction combined with intervertebral foraminal injection of paeonol sulfonate, and analyze related scales to evaluate the supine traction combined with intervertebral foraminal injection of Dan The clinical efficacy and significance of sodium cortisol in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:From February 2019 to September 2020,120 patients with C5/6-segment radiculopathy in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and inpatients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with supine traction combined with injection of paeonol sulfonate sodium in the cervical intervertebral foramen, and the control group was treated with supine traction. Both groups were treated with traction twice a day,and the cervical intervertebral foramen was injected once a week.During the treatment period, both groups received cervical collar fixation and received the same health education about cervical spondylosis.VAS score,Tanaka Yasuji Cervical Spondylopathy Symptom Scale 20 points score, comparison of changes in cervical spine dysfunction index, and clinical efficacy evaluation were performed before treatment,on the second day after the end of the treatment, and 3 months after the end of the treatment.Result:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)On the second day after the end of the treatment course, the effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% higher than that of the control group 85.00%,and the difference in clinical efficacy distribution between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the effective rate of the observation group was 91.67% higher than that of the control group 75.00%,and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time, there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of clinical efficacy between 3 months after the end of the course of treatment and the second day after the end of the course of treatment in the control group(P<0.05);while there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two points in the observation group.(3)Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 2nd day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of different measurement times in each group were significantly different(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups at the same time point on the 2nd day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Before treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom scores in the 20 points of Tanaka Yasuji’s Cervical Spondylopathy Symptom Scale between the two groups(P>0.05);on the second day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the two groups The scores were all higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of different measurement times in each group were significantly different(P<0.05);the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the OR value was 0.586,P< 0.05.On the second day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the scores of physical signs in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of different measurement times in each group were significantly different(P<0.05);Comparison of the observation group scores between the two groups was higher than the control group, the OR value was 0.597,P<0.05.In terms of work and living ability and hand function, the two groups had higher scores than before treatment on the 2nd day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups at various time points The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of work and life ability and hand function between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the total score of Tanaka Yasuji Symptom Scale 20 points, the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);on the second day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the total scores of the two groups were higher than those of the treatment The former high(P<0.05),and the scores of different measurement times in each group were significantly different(P<0.05);the two groups were compared at two points on the second day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, and observed The scores of the group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(5)There were no significant difference in cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)scores and cervical spine dysfunction distribution between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the NDI scores of the two groups were compared on the 2nd day after the end of the treatment and 3 months after the end of the treatment.Decrease before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of different measurement times in each group were significantly different(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups at the same time point on the second day after the end of the treatment course and 3 months after the end of the treatment course, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences in the distribution of cervical spine dysfunction between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Supine traction combined with paeonol sulfonate sodium intervertebral foraminal injection has a significant improvement effect on the VAS score, cervical spine dysfunction index score, and distribution of CSR patients, and the 20-point method score of Tanaka Yasuji Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale. To clarify the effectiveness of supine traction combined with paeonol sulfonate sodium intervertebral foraminal injection for C5/6 segment CSR.2.Supine traction combined with paeonol sulfonate sodium intervertebral foraminal injection has a significant improvement effect on the radicular symptoms and signs of CSR patients and is better than simple supine traction. And preliminarily proved the therapeutic effect of paeonol sulfonate sodium intervertebral foramina injection on nerve root symptoms.3.Supine traction combined with paeonol sulfonate intervertebral foraminal injection of C5/6 segment CSR has satisfactory and exact clinical effects, and the recurrence rate is low.It provides a certain reference for the treatment of clinical CSR,and it is worthy of further clinical research. |
