This paper starts with the research of foreign scholars,reviews and combs the relevant research of commercial medical insurance by reading the literature,divides many factors affecting commercial medical insurance into several categories,and analyzes the influence mechanism of various factors on the demand of commercial medical insurance from the category;Then,taking Zhoukou City of Henan Province as an example,the paper investigates the economic status,insurance development and aging status of Zhoukou City,and studies the development of commercial medical insurance in this area;Under the guidance of consumer purchase theory,behavior decision theory and Maslow demand level theory,combined with the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper analyzes six and nineteen factors that may affect the purchase of commercial medical insurance.300 questionnaires were sent to Zhoukou residents through online and offline methods.After eliminating the invalid questionnaires,236 valid questionnaires were collected.Then,the questionnaire results collected are descriptive analysis,and the binary logistic regression analysis is carried out.The final conclusions are education level,income level,risk recognition level,insurance understanding level,insurance product guarantee level,marketing personnel quality,claim settlement speed,others’ influence Social propaganda and healthy diet will have an important impact on the demand of Zhoukou commercial medical insurance.According to the regression results and conclusions,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of commercial medical insurance in Zhoukou from the perspective of insurance companies and government departments.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the latest achievements of scholars both abroad and abroad on the influencing factors of commercial medical insurance,and points out the research ideas and methods of this paper,as well as the innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the theoretical basis of commercial medical insurance research,introduces the basic meaning of commercial medical insurance,the theory of consumer purchase decision,the theory of information non formation,the theory of masnauer demand level and the principle analysis of demand influencing factors,which lays a foundation for the assumption.The third part introduces the current situation of the development of commercial medical insurance in Zhoukou City,focusing on the insurance premium,growth rate,insurance density,insurance depth and insurance market subject.The fourth part is empirical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire,through the data test,regression and other processing,we can get five types of ten factors that affect commercial medical insurance.The fifth part is based on the empirical analysis of the conclusion,from the insurance company and the government two angles to promote the development of Zhoukou commercial medical insurance recommendations. |
