Research On Patient Data Integration Platform Based On Smart Bracelet

In the past,many aspects,such as the economic development,science and technology,and medical technology of China were at a backward stage,leading domestic hospitals and other public health and medical facilities in a very traditional medical and health work mode for a long time,all tasks were required medical staff to do it by themselves.There were frequent phenomena of tension between doctors and patients,medical staff were infected with the disease,low work efficiency,and human resources and material resources were wasted,in hospitals.Therefore,a smart bracelet that could monitor the patient’s body temperature,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation in real time was designed,and an Android mobile app that could register and log in to the smart bracelet’s vital signs in real time was developed,a control experiment on the accuracy of the data collected by the smart bracelet was conducted,and finally a patient data integration platform based on the smart bracelet with the help of the hospital’s existing medical digital system was built,in the thesis.The platform was applied in public health and medical places,such as hospitals,and it was aimed to improve the work efficiency of doctors and nurses,reduce medical risks,improve the level of hospital treatment and reduce medical costs.The smart bracelet was composed of a processor module,a data acquisition module,a button module,a power supply module,a display module,and a Bluetooth wireless transmission module,etc.The processor module processed the signals that collected by the data acquisition module,calculated the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation,according to related algorithms and processing methods,and controlled all the functions of the smart bracelet.Temperature through the principle that the resistance value of the thermistor changed with temperature was collected,and heart rate and blood oxygen saturation through Lambert-Beer Law and Photoplethysmography was collected,in the data acquisition module,the three vital sign signals,body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation,were handed over to the processor module for data processing.The maximum and minimum values of the three parameters of body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were set,through the button module,when the collected parameters were not within the normal range,the smart bracelet activated the alarm function.The power supply module provided working power to the smart bracelet.The three parameter values,body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation calculated by the processor module,were displayed on the display module.An Android mobile phone app that could register and log in accounts,and monitor the patient’s body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in real time was wrote through programming software,and body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation parameters were sent to the Android mobile app,through the Bluetooth wireless transmission module,and were displayed real-time.By comparing the existing monitoring equipment,the experiment that testing the accuracy of the body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation data collected by the smart bracelet was conducted: more than 93% of the body temperature measurement error was within ±1 degrees Celsius,and more than 92% of the heart rate data error was Within ±4 times/minute,more than 95% of the arterial blood oxygen saturation error was within ±3%.Control experiments showed that all the parameters collected by the smart bracelet could meet the design requirements.The patient data integration platform was based on the existing medical digital system of a tertiary hospital,and consistsed of smart bracelets,mobile apps,medical digital systems,patient cloud data centers and telemedicine systems.The platform improved the comprehensive and integrated medical treatment and monitoring and nursing functions of patients during their stayed in the hospital,and achieved the goal of scientific treatment and prolonging the lives of patients.
