Research On The Combination Of Medical Treatment And Endowment With "Setting Medical Treatment In Endowment"

With the development of economy,the level of science and technology is also improving,human life expectancy is gradually extending.At the same time,with the change of human ideas,the change of population structure and many other factors,the degree of population aging is deepening.The prevalence rate of the elderly population is also high.Medical treatment and maintenance has gradually become the main demand of the elderly.In this regard,the mode of combination of medical and nursing emerged as the times require.In practice,this mode has appeared many forms of exploration,such as "setting up medical support in medical treatment","setting up medical care in medical treatment",and "medical support cooperation".Among them,in the context of the development of pension industrialization,"setting up a doctor in pension" which can attract social forces to participate in the development of pension is the future development trend.Based on the introduction of the background significance and the current situation of global exploration,this paper establishes the exploration methods and ideas,defines the relevant concepts of the model,and conducts research under the guidance of three theories: healthy aging,welfare pluralism and Maslow’s need level.After visiting and investigating a number of pension institutions which practice the mode of "setting up a doctor in nursing",the author selects x sunshine city as a case study.The practice of "setting up a hospital in the process of nursing" mode is relatively successful,which can provide high-level,high-quality,systematic and personalized medical and nursing services,and the satisfaction and social recognition of the elderly are high.This paper analyzes the content and effect of the model,summarizes the experience of the practice of medical service and the enlightenment to solve the dilemma of the model,that is,improving the top-level design can solve the difficulty of coordination between medical and nursing subjects,improving the ability of software and hardware can help to solve the resource shortage of medical and nursing parties,and multi-channel financing can solve the heavy burden of institutional operation And the refinement of service will help to enrich the form of the combination of medical and nursing.Based on the above enlightenment,under the guidance of the three theories of healthy aging,welfare pluralism and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving and promoting the model of "setting up a doctor in the process of supporting" from the perspective of the government,institutions and society.The government departments should improve the top-level design,comprehensively promote the operation of the mode of "setting up a doctor in the process of supporting",perfect the relevant laws and policies,straighten out the management system,improve the relevant supporting systems,and increase the financial support and publicity for the mode.The organization itself comprehensively enhances its strength and strives to provide high-level medical and nursing services.It includes multi-channel improvement of medical service facilities and level,provision of multi-level and diversified pension service projects,continuous innovation of medical and pension integration development form,construction of mature and reasonable management system,introduction and training system of medical and pension professionals,and relying on information and intelligent construction to enhance the strength of institutions.All social forces actively participate in the realization of welfare diversification,social capital to increase support for the model,all social parties to ease the difficult situation of the shortage of medical and nursing personnel,at the same time,the main body of the social environment actively integrated into the construction of the supervision and evaluation system of the model.Through the above suggestions,in order to provide help for the development of the mode of "setting medicine in the process of cultivation".
