Objective:1.Observed changes of IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-α in the serum of burn patients under conventional treatment, and understand the initial release of inflammatory factors in severe burn patients.2.Observed the regulation of astragalus polysaccharides on the levels of serum IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-α in patients with severe burns,to understand the regulatory effects of astragalus polysaccharides on serum inflammatory factors in patients with severe burns, and to explore the possibility Mechanism to provide guidance for severe burn patients in the treatment of infection prevention and control. Methods:The clinical data of 40 patients with severe burns who were hospitalized in the Burns Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July2020 to December 2020 were selected for analysis, and all patients were divided into2 groups and another 10 cases according to the treatment method by random number method The healthy blood donation group consists of 3 groups:(1)Normal group: 10 healthy blood donation samples;(2)Control group(conventional treatment group):Anti-shock,intramuscular injection of tetanus toxoid, antibiotics for anti-infection,daily Wounds were given dressing change, and routine treatments such as cutting/scabbing or skin grafting were performed according to the specific conditions of the patient;(3)Astragalus polysaccharide group(conventional treatment +astragalus polysaccharide treatment group): In addition to the same conventional treatment as the control group, patients in this group were admitted to hospital Then,250 mg of astragalus polysaccharide for injection was added to 500 ml of normal saline intravenously for 14 days.In the control group and the astragalus polysaccharide group, venous blood was collected on admission,on the 3rd,7th,and14 th days to detect the serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-α.The normal group was tested for the same inflammatory factors after blood donation.Results:(1)Compared with the normal group, the serum levels of pro-inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and IL-10 in the control group and the Astragalus polysaccharide group increased significantly at various time points.Difference(P<0.05),serum IL-1,IL-6 and IL-10 first rose to the peak and then showed a downward trend, serum IL-8 and TNF-α rose rapidly to the peak and then showed a downward trend;(2)Compared with the control group, the serum levels of pro-inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α in the Astragalus polysaccharide group did not change significantly on the third day after admission(P>0.05).The levels of serum pro-inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α were significantly lower on the7 th and 14 th days, with significant differences(P<0.05).The serum levels of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 There was no significant difference in levels at admission and 14 days(P>0.05).The level of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 in the serum was significantly higher at the 3rd and 7th days, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum inflammatory factors of patients with severe burns have undergone significant changes. The pro-inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6 and anti-inflammatory factors IL-10 first rise to the peak and then show a downward trend. The pro-inflammatory factors IL-8 and TNF-α after burns It quickly rises to the peak and then shows a downward trend. The application of astragalus polysaccharide can reduce the production of pro-inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α,promote the release of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10,and exert an anti-inflammatory effect.Understanding the release rules of inflammatory factors after burns is helpful for the evaluation and treatment of early inflammation of burns.Astragalus polysaccharides can regulate the inflammatory response of patients with severe burns.
