| Abjective:Mainly to explore the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] expression level of patients with gout and its correlation with inflammation and bone destruction in gout disease. Methods:Collect 60 gout patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Nanchang University Affiliated People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020,as the gout group, and calculate their gout activity score(GAS),and divide them into the remission group according to the difference of GAS.32 cases(GAS <2.5),28 cases in the active group(GAS ≥ 2.5).Fifty patients with healthy physical examination during the same period were randomly selected as the healthy control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the serum 25(OH)D levels in each group, and the relevant indexes of each group were recorded and compared.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results:1.Serum 25(OH)D in the gout group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in age and gender between the gout relief group and the active group(P>0.05).The 25(OH)D level of patients in the gout active group was significantly lower than that in the remission group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The ESR,CRP,IL-6,IL-1β of the active group were higher than those of the remission group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the gout active group had more bone destroyers than the remission group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in SUA,IL-17 and TNF-α between the active group and the remission group(P>0.05).The serum 25(OH)D value of the gout active group was lower than that of the remission group, and there were more bone destruction, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.SUA,ESR,CRP,IL-6,IL-1β,IL-17,TNF-α in the gout group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The serum 25(OH)D level of the gout active group and the remission group was negatively correlated with ESR,CRP,IL-6,IL-1β(P<0.05);the serum 25(OH)D level of the two groups was correlated with SUA,IL-17.TNF-α has no correlation(P>0.05).The serum25(OH)D level in the gout group was negatively correlated with ESR,CRP,IL-6,and IL-1β(P<0.05);while the serum 25(OH)D level in the gout group was correlated with the patients’ SUA,IL-17,TNF-There is no correlation between α and so on(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Serum 25(OH)D levels in patients with gout can reflect the inflammation in the patient’s body, and provide ideas for the prediction and early intervention of gout inflammation.2.The 25(OH)D level of the patients in the gout activity group is lower than that in the remission group, and there are more bone destruction patients than the remission group, which provides a reference for early intervention of gout combined with bone destruction. |
