Objective To analyze the progression and possible influence factors of patients with Kimura’s disease(KD)after treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 59 patients with KD from 2007 to2019 in our hospital.Data included gender, age of onset, smoking history, drinking history, course, multiplicity, laterality, region, size, peripheral blood eosinophils, history of recurrence, pruritus, boundary of the lumps on CT or MR images, systemic diseases, treatment was collected.Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression analysis was done by SPSS 21.0.Results 59 cases were included with a disease progression rate of 37.3%.Univariate analysis showed peripheral blood eosinophils ≥20%,size,pruritus and history of recurrence were related to the disease progression of KD(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis revealed that peripheral blood eosinophils ≥20% was its independent prognostic risk factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The study suggests that peripheral blood eosinophils ≥20% was an independent prognostic risk factor, which could be related to facilitating the progression of KD.
