Objective:To investigate the value of penetrating pancreatic duct jejunostomy in reducing the incidence of pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed in 65 patients who underwent PD surgery in our hospital.Among them,30 patients underwent percutaneous transluminal pancreaticojejunostomy(study group)and 35 patients underwent conventional incision pancreaticojejunostomy.(control group);statistical analysis of the total time of surgery, pancreatic duct jejunostomy time, surgical bleeding, gastrointestinal decompression time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications, prognosis, serum before and after surgery Changes in cortisol(Cor),adrenaline(E),norepinephrine(NE),and angiotensin II(Ang II).Conclusions:The use of penetrating pancreatic duct jejunostomy in PD is beneficial to reduce the difficulty of surgical operation, reduce the degree of surgical trauma and stress response, and reduce the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula. However, the prognosis of patients is not obvious and may need to be further extended.Observe the time. |
