Reshaping The Doctor-patient Relationship From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Medical and health care is the general term of public health and medical services,and health is the inevitable pursuit to promote the all-round development of people.Medical and health care is related to the health of hundreds of millions of people.This is a major livelihood issue in China,and medical treatment is an important part of it.In different stages of social development,the characteristics of The Times are different.In recent years,the contradictions exposed in medical and health care have become more and more obvious,mainly manifested by the disharmonious doctor-patient relationship,doctor-patient disputes and even violent medical injuries.How to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients,protect the rights and interests of both doctors and patients,safeguard the normal order of medical services,and reshape the harmonious relationship between doctor-patients has become a social problem that requires us to actively explore.Based on the concept of public governance,this paper analyzes the relevant literature between doctor and patient and conducts the relevant social research according to the summarized research ideas.From the reality of J County People ’s Hospital,the respondents of J County People’ s Hospital,patients and their family members of J County People’s Hospital covered a wide range of overall environment,hardware and software services,medical technology level and doctor business level,and conducted interviews with the Commission of Health and Family Planning and the medical department of the hospital.We will objectively analyze the data obtained on the government website,health commission,hospital and other aspects,and deeply analyze the doctor-patient relationship of J County People’s Hospital.According to the results of the research and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The study found that the doctor-patient contradiction in J County People’s Hospital mainly shows low satisfaction between doctor-patients,low communication ability of medical staff,rising number of medical disputes,frequent violent injuries and decreased government credibility,and great psychological pressure on medical staff.The main reasons are caused by the lack of government investment in medical and health undertakings,the excessive pursuit of economic benefits by hospitals and doctors,the high expectations of the rise of patient health awareness for disease prevention and treatment,the one-sided public misleading of public opinion,and the imperfect treatment mechanism for doctor-patient relationship.Finally,thinking for the reasons one by one,according to the connotation and characteristics of public governance theory,from the government,hospitals,medical workers,patients and social media,and according to the causes of the contradiction from strengthening the government in the governance of doctor-patient disputes,strengthen the hospital hardware and hardware construction,improve the medical quality,improve medical service,improve the relevant laws and regulations,the media and third party social organizations to solve the contradiction and countermeasures,alleviate the doctor-patient relationship.
