Objective:To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation combined with bone filling mesh container(BFMCs)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF),in terms of pain improvement,height recovery of injured vertebra,and correction of partial lateral kyphosis deformity,so as to provide reference for optimal treatment plan.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,60 patients with OVCF were enrolled in the Spinal Surgery Department of Fuzhou Second Hospital according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Take approach to grouping children by random Numbers table,each 30 cases were divided into control group and experimental group,the control line pure BFMCs treatment,treatment group lines of traditional Chinese medicine practices reconstructive joint BFMCs,records in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with transport dynamic VAS score,injured vertebral height recovery,curative effect assessment of traditional Chinese medicine as well as the operation time,leakage of bone cement,etc,and22.0 software(SPSS)is analyzed.Results:In 60 cases of the research object,in the process of follow-up group fall off in 1 case,eventually the number of cases in accordance with the provisions,complete research and complete follow-up of 59 cases: experimental group 29 cases,control group,30 cases were followed up for time for 3 months,two groups of patients in age,sex,responsibility vertebral segment distribution of general data is no statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable.(1)In terms of improvement of pain,the visual analog cale(VAS score)of the two groups before treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05),which indicates that it is comparable.The VAS scores of patients in 2 groups were significantly different from those before operation at1,1 and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The VAS scores of 2 groups were compared at 1day,1 month and 3 months after surgery,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The height recovery of injured vertebra in 2 groups at 1,1 and 3months after surgery was improved compared with that before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There were statistically significant differences in the anterior edge height,reduction rate and local Cobb Angle of the injured vertebrae between the two groups on the first day,one month and three months after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the height of the injured middle vertebra and the reduction rate at 1 day,1 month and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).(4)There were 4cases of bone cement leakage in the two groups,including 2 cases in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group,but no relevant clinical symptoms were found,and there was no statistical significance in the rate of bone cement leakage between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)Three months after the operation,TCM efficacy evaluation was performed,and all patients’ symptoms were improved,with a total cure rate of 89.8% : in the experimental group,27 cases(93.1%)were cured,and 2 cases(6.9%)were improved;In the control group,26 cases(86.7%)were cured and 4 cases(13.3%)were improved.(6)The operation time of the two groups was different(P<0.05),and the operation time of the control group was relatively short.Conclusion:(1)In OVCF,Chinese medicine manipulation combined with BFMCS treatment and BFMCS treatment alone can quickly and effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with low back pain;Both can restore the anterior edge and middle height of the injured vertebrae to a certain extent,and improve the local Cobb Angle of the injured vertebrae.However,the treatment of TCM manipulation combined with BFMCS is better than that of BFMCS alone in the correction of partial lateral kyphosis.(2)Traditional Chinese medicine manipulative reduction combined with BFMCS is a treatment program with definite efficacy,simple operation,safety and practical,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
