| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xin Shang Xu Duan Decoction in promoting the recovery of knee joint function after arthroscopic internal fixation of intercondylar spine fracture,so as to provide some reference for the application of Xin Shang Xu Duan decoction after arthroscopic internal fixation of intercondylar spine fracture.Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients with tsafs injury who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to the Sports Medicine Department of Fuzhou second hospital.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were treated with arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of intercondylar eminence fracture.The control group was given celecoxib 200 mg,once a day,for 3 days from the first day after operation,and was given routine functional exercises such as raising the affected limb,ice compress,ankle pump and quadriceps femoris functional exercise.The experimental group was given xinshangxuduan Decoction(TCM granules)on the basis of the treatment of the control group 1 dose daily,morning and evening,7 days for a course of treatment,generally taking 4 courses of treatment.The VAS score,Lysholm scale and range of motion of knee joint of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results: In this study,there was no significant difference in gender,age,preoperative VAS pain score,preoperative Lysholm score between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).After treatment,the pain of the two groups gradually alleviated with the extension of postoperative time.From 1 week to 1 month after operation,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in both resting phase and active phase,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score of the two groups at 3 months after operation.Three months after operation,Lysholm function score of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P < 0.05);compared with before treatment,Lysholm function score of the two groups were improved 3 months after treatment,and P < 0.05.After 3 months of treatment,the range of motion of the knee joint in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05);compared with that before treatment,the range of motion of the knee joint in the two groups was significantly improved after 3 months of treatment,and P < 0.05.After3 months,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).X-ray reexamination showed that all patients had good fracture reduction and healing.Conclusion: The application of Xin Shang Xu Duan decoction after arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of intercondylar spine fracture can effectively relieve postoperative pain and promote the recovery of knee joint function. |
