Telemedicine is an important pillar of the development of intelligent medicine,and it has become a medical problem of great concern in the society.In order to better ensure the accurate diagnosis and treatment of telemedicine patients and the safe storage of medical data,this paper studies the decision consensus model of telemedicine consultation based on blockchain.The main research work is as follows:In order to solve the problem that the medical quality of experts is uneven and it is difficult to guarantee accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients in telemedicine consultation,this paper proposes a medical node screening mechanism based on clustering algorithm,which uses Mini Batch K-means algorithm and K-means++algorithm to build a high-quality set of diagnosis and treatment nodes and integrity nodes,so as to ensure the medical quality level of diagnosis and treatment experts and the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.The medical up-chain nodes are randomly selected in the set of integrity nodes by chaotic mapping to ensure the integrity and security of the nodes.Finally,the medical node screening mechanism based on clustering algorithm is tested and analyzed,and the results show that this scheme has a good implementation effect,and can efficiently screen out a high-quality node set.In view of the current situation of fragmentation,lack of comprehensiveness and unclear decision-making process in telemedicine consultation decision-making consensus,this paper proposes a diagnosis and treatment plan decision-making consensus model based on multi-attribute decision-making algorithm,which uses Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to realize the decision-making consensus of diagnosis and treatment plan,improve the decision-making efficiency of diagnosis and treatment plan and ensure the treatment effect of patients.Through case analysis and Matlab simulation test,the results show that the model can obtain the optimal diagnosis and treatment plan objectively and reasonably,which proves the reliability of the model.Finally,in view of the medical data tampering and the security problems of data storage,the intelligent contract function of blockchain is used to realize the safe storage of diagnosis and treatment plan data,and it is tested and analyzed by Remix integrated development tool and Ethereum blockchain,the results show that the data of diagnosis and treatment scheme is successfully written into the blockchain,and the safe storage of the data in the blockchain is realized.
