Objective:It is planned to explore the protective effect of sodium bicarbonate on the kidneys of patients with diabetic nephropathy through clinical observation tests, with a view to providing theoretical and experimental support for adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods:A total of 122 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and numbered according to their enrollment sequence. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 61 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatments such as adjusted diet, proper exercise, hypoglycemic, hypotensive and lipid-lowering after enrollment.Patients in the experimental group were followed up at 0,2,4,6 and 8 months after enrollment with oral sodium bicarbonate tablets(3g/ day)on the basis of conventional treatment.Observing two groups of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),24 h urine protein quantitative(24h UTP),urine trace albumin and creatinine ratio(UACR),urine tetrad, urine retinol binding protein(RBP),urinary n-acetyl-beta-D amino glycosidase enzymes(NAG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),serum albumin(propagated),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)And other changes in clinical indicators. Results:A total of 110 patients completed eight months follow-up,patients in lower glycosylated hemoglobin, lower urinary protein, improve renal function and nutritional status is better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while in blood pressure, blood lipid, fasting blood sugar and other indicators, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Application of sodium bicarbonate on the basis of conventional treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.can better regulate glycated hemoglobin, renal function, urine protein level and nutritional status of patients with diabetic nephropathy. |
