Public places are places where people intensively engage in social activities.Public places have a large flow of people,relatively concentrated people,and frequent direct or indirect contact between people.If there are health problems in public places,it will cause health and hygiene safety of the people.It has a major impact,so it is of great significance to supervise public places in accordance with laws and regulations.With the rapid development of domestic market economy,not only the number of public places is increasing day by day,but also the form of their existence is constantly changing.The supervision of public places is characterized by large numbers,heavy tasks,and rapid changes.In China,the health supervision and law enforcement agency is responsible for the supervision and management of public place health in accordance with the law,but as a comprehensive law enforcement agency,its responsibilities also include medical treatment,prevention and control of infectious diseases,drinking water,profession sanitation,radiation sanitation,school sanitation,disinfection product units,and centralized disinfection units for catering utensils,etc.The power invested in public sanitation is bound to be limited.In the past,the "one pair of legs,one pen,one mouth"working method used by the health supervision department can no longer meet the current work requirements of public places health supervision,and the task of relying on supervision and information technology to improve the level of health supervision is particularly urgent.At present,judging from the overall situation of the public place health supervision industry in X City,the information management process is relatively backward and the level of development is low.There is a large gap between the people’s increasing demand for public place health information resources,and there is an urgent need to take effective measures to standardize,strengthen and improve.Based on the theory of e-government and system theory,and on the basis of field investigation and research,this paper conducts an objective empirical analysis of the information management status of public places in the urban area of X city.Focusing on the three aspects of "basic conditions,information system construction,sanitation supervision practice",this paper describe the current situation of the information management of health supervision in public places in X City.Through reviewing literature,actual operation,comparative analysis and other methods,the overall situation of the information management of public places in X city was systematically analyzed,and it was found that there was "leaders don’t pay enough attention,Lack of organizational staff,inadequate financial support,ageing and poor quality of institutional personnel,main file information inconsistent with reality,low Internet access rate of health supervision information,slow updating of standardized lexicons,insufficient social awareness of public places,and lack of a dynamic monitoring system.”Analyzing the reasons of "insufficient understanding of information management in health supervision,the main file construction efficiency of public places is low,and the assessment and incentive role is not played,the information model of health supervision in public places is rigid,and the renewal mechanism of the standardized term database is unreasonable,,The social capacity of health supervision services is insufficient and the influence is weak" and drawing on the advanced experience of health supervision informatization management in Liaoning Province,Zhoushan City and other places,this paper put forward "strengthen the understanding of leaders and staff on the informationization of public places sanitation supervision,build up the information management framework of sanitation supervision in public places,optimize the existing information system to tap the greatest potential,strengthen follow-up monitoring and monitoring system developmen,upgrade equipment configuration equipment,develop local health supervision apps and mini programs to improve social service capabilities and strengthen publicity" and other improvement suggestions to help improve X The municipal public places sanitation supervision information management also provides reference and reference for other cities at the same level.
