| Objective:This study explores the clinical efficacy of Auto Elastic Thread Ligator For Hemorrhoids(RPH-4)combined with Milligan-Morgan(M-M)in the Treament of Prolapsed Hemorrhoidsin the treatment of senile prolapsed hemorrhoids through a comparative study.Methods:90 patients of senile prolapsed hemorrhoids were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients of treatment group were treated with RPH-4 combined with Milligan-Morgan,and patients of control group were treated with Milligan-Morgan.The total effective rate,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization cost,postoperative complications and other aspects were observed between the two groups.Useing SPSS25.0statistical softwarewas used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)By comparing the general data of patients in the treatment group and the control group,the data of the two groups were comparable,no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was 100%,and there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The average operation time of the treatment group was 35.11±4.65min,and the mean operation time of the control group was 34.78±6.39min,and there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The average intraoperative blood loss in the treatment group was 18.09±2.76ml,while the average intraoperative blood loss in the control group was 28.49±5.35ml,and the intraoperative blood loss in the treatment group was less.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The average hospitalition days and hospitalization cost in the treatment group were 6.98±1.91 days and 10809.64±936.85 yuan,while those in the control group were 8.67±1.51 days and 8371.33±582 yuan,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group had higer hospitalization cost,but the hospitalition days were shorter.(5)Compared with the control group,the wound pain on the day after surgery,the wound pain of the first postoperative defecation,the wound pain on the seventh day after surgery,postoperative hematochezia,postoperative dysuria and postoperative anal edema in the treatment group were less severe,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The average wound healing time of the treatment group was 19.71±3.47 days,and that of the control group was 21.69±3.69 days,and the average wound healing was faster in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)In terms of recurrence rate and safety at 3 months after surgery,there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:RPH-4 combined with Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of elderly prolapse hemorrhoids is effective,safe and simple,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications such as intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound pain,hematochezia and anal edema,reduce the hospitalition days,tit also can reduce anal cushion and teeth line injury,and protect the anal function,and turly achieve the concept of minimally invasive surgery,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
