Objective:Post Thrombotic Syndrome(PTS)is a deep venous thrombosis(Deep Venous Thrombosis,DVT)that acts on the inner wall of the veins of the lower extremities for a long time, resulting in a complex set of clinical manifestations and signs.PTS not only brings troubles to patients in their daily life, but also its complicated multiple treatment methods also increase the economic pressure for patients to seek medical treatment. With the continuous advancement of special venous stent materials,Zilver Vena special venous stents have begun to be used more and more in non-thrombotic venous stenosis and occlusive diseases, and less used for thrombotic venous stenosis and occlusive diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the therapeutic effect and prognosis of the Zilver Vena intravenous stent in the treatment of PTS,and to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of PTS.Methods: Collected the general clinical data of 56 patients with deep vein postthrombotic syndrome(PTS)of lower extremity who had undergone stenting during the hospitalization period from February 2015 to February 2020 in Nanhua Hospital affiliated to University of South China.According to the difference of the stent material placed in the diseased vein,PTS patients were divided into a Ordinary venous stent placement group and a Zilver Vena dedicated venous stent placement group.A retrospective study was used to sort out and analyze whether there were statistical differences in the changes in the Villalta score, the healing of lower extremity ulcers, and the restenosis of vascular stents in patients using two different stent materials within one year. Results:At 6 months after surgery, the Zilver Vena dedicated intravenous stent implantation group and the Ordinary intravenous stent implantation group had small differences in the Villalta score, endovascular stent patency rate,or lower extremity skin ulcer healing, which was not statistically significant(p>0.05).At 1 year after surgery, the Zilver Vena dedicated intravenous stent group was better than the Ordinary intravenous stent group in the above three aspects, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:Intravenous stent placement has significant effects in three aspects: improving the postoperative clinical symptoms and signs of PTS patients, maintaining the long-term patency of the diseased blood vessels, and promoting the healing of the skin of the lower extremities.During the 1-year follow-up,the Zilver Vena dedicated venous stent group had better vascular patency than the Ordinary venous stent group.
