Research On Internet+Medical Operation Management Model Of General Hospital Of Ningxia Medical University

The General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University is located in Yinchuan,the capital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.As the largest and most powerful comprehensive tertiary hospital in the region,in addition to providing medical security services for residents in Ningxia,the scope of services has radiated to neighboring provinces area.In recent years,the hospital has implemented Internet+medical construction tasks,give full play to the medical resources advantages of tertiary A hospitals,and promote the rapid development of the Internet+medical business in the region.The purpose of this research is to investigate the current situation of the Internet+medical operation and management of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,enumerate the problems that exist in the current stage of operation,and propose amendments based on relevant policies and regulations,and formulate solutions.In addition,by issuing questionnaires,the satisfaction of the existing Internet+medical model of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital was analyzed,and the advanced Internet+medical operation management experience at home and abroad was used for reference,and finally it was determined to improve the Internet+of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital.Countermeasures for the medical operation mode to better realize the strategic goal of the Internet+medical business in Ningxia.
