Objective:Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with metformin and coenzyme Q10 on glucose metabolism in patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance, the results were analyzed and evaluated, and the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Huatan Decoction on polycystic ovary were observed. The effect of glucose metabolism in patients with insulin resistance is analyzed objectively from a clinical perspective to provide theoretical support for the use of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Huatan Decoction for the treatment of glucose metabolism disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods:Sixty patients with polycystic insulin resistance with spleen deficiency and phlegm resistance were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the experimental group were given oral Chinese medicine Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with metformin and coenzyme Q10,and 30 patients in the control group were given oral metformin and coenzyme Q10.Q10 treatment.Observe the scores of TCM clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose(FBG),oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),blood glucose(2hBG),fasting insulin(FINS),and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the two groups before and after treatment.,Body Mass Index(BMI),Anti-Mullerian Hormone(AMH),Testosterone(T),Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH),Luteinizing Hormone(LH),Acne Degree Scores to compare and analyze traditional Chinese medicine for strengthening the spleen The effect of Huatan Recipe on the level of glucose metabolism in patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance and the value of each index. Results:After treatment, the total symptom scores of patients in the control group of the experimental group decreased(p<0.05),and the treatment methods of the experimental group had a certain effect. The total score between the groups(p=0.005<0.05)was significantly different, and the effect of the experimental group was more obvious.Excellent;C ompared with before treatment, the fasting insulin levels, blood sugar, insulin resistance index, and body mass index of the two groups of patients decreased, and the comparisons within and between groups(P<0.05)were statistically significant.Anti-Müllerian hormone, testosterone, and luteinizing hormone all decreased, and the comparison between groups and groups(P<0.05)were statistically significant.Follicle stimulating hormone did not change significantly after treatment(P>0.05).The scores of acne levels decreased after treatment, and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with metformin and coenzyme Q10 can improve insulin sensitivity, improve the glucose metabolism of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance and spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction in TCM syndrome, and reduce polycystic ovary syndrome with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction.TCM clinical symptom score, fasting blood glucose, blood glucose 2 hours after OGTT,fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, body mass index of patients with insulin resistance, improve glucose metabolism disorders.Reduce anti-Mullerian hormone, testosterone, luteinizing hormone, acne degree score, regulate endocrine, improve the performance of hyperandrogenism or hyperandrogen, which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of polycystic patients.Whether the diagnosis is effective is mainly based on the score of TCM clinical symptoms, the degree of TCM symptom improvement, combined with laboratory indicators:fasting blood glucose, blood glucose 2 hours after oral glucose tolerance test, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, body mass index,anti-Mullerian hormone, testosterone,Follicle Stimulating Hormone,Luteinizing Hormone to observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Huatan Recipe on the glucose metabolism level of patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance effect. |
