With the development of economy,the popularization of medical resources,the improvement of health awareness and the increase in the incidence of chronic diseases such as diabetes,more and more health management systems appear in our lives.With the development of machine learning technology,disease prediction has rapidly become the research focus of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years.The application of machine learning classification prediction technology to the health management system can effectively provide users with risk assessment,which is of high value whether it is from a scientific,medical,or economic perspective.The health file management system of specific diseases mainly based on diabetes designed and implemented in this paper uses the Vue framework technology based on the MVVM(Model-View-ViewModel)model to provide efficient and convenient health data management with large amounts of data and complex classifications.And the implementation plan with good performance;the use of front-end visualization technology to summarize and analyze the health data;the use of artificial neural network models to achieve the risk prediction of diabetes.The main work of this paper includes:This paper studies the related algorithms of classification and prediction,and constructs artificial neural network,logistic regression model,support vector machine model and K-nearest neighbor model for the public diabetes data set.After comparing and analyzing the model evaluation indicators,we select those that perform well in all aspects.The artificial neural network model is applied to the diabetes prediction analysis module of the system.In accordance with the standard process of software engineering,this article elaborates on the construction of a specific disease-specific health record management system from four stages of demand analysis,design,implementation,and testing.In the requirements analysis stage,the system analyzes the non-functional requirements from the four perspectives of performance requirements,ease of use,compatibility and security after analyzing the functional requirements of the system.The system architecture is determined on the basis of demand analysis.The front end of the system adopts the Vue framework based on MVVM,and the back end selects the PHP language for development.The functional modules of the system are designed in the form of sequence diagrams,the entities involved in the system and their relationships are analyzed,the database ER diagram is designed,and the main database tables are selected for a detailed introduction.Finally,the implementation process of the system is introduced.The system’s implementation effect is shown in the form of screenshots of the system interface,and the system is tested for functionality and non-functionality.The comprehensive functional use case test results show that all modules of the system are functioning normally and are non-functional.The test results also meet the system requirements,and the system performance is good.
