| Objective To study the influence of shared decision-making(SDM)on inpatient satisfaction,in order to provide scientific reference and suggestions for improving patient satisfaction, optimizing medical services and doctor-patient relationship. Methods A total of 636 inpatients were randomly selected from a large general hospital in Guangdong,Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, the score of shared decision-making(SDM)was measured by patient version of shared decision-making questionnaire.Meanwhile, the patient satisfaction questionnaire was used to measure the patient satisfaction score,so as to understand the recognition degree and participation intention of inpatients in shared decision-making,to analyze the correlation between the score of shared decision-making and satisfaction, and analyze its influence on satisfaction.SPSS 22.0 professional statistical software was used for data analysis, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results 1.The inpatient shared decision-making scale and patient satisfaction questionnaire were used, which had good reliability and validity. The reliability coefficient of patients’ version of the questionnaire was 0.967,and one common factor was extracted by exploratory factor analysis, which explained 79.575%of the total variance;the reliability coefficient of the satisfaction questionnaire was 0.973;exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors, and 76.559%of the total variance was explained2.The average total score of the SDM scale was(39.62±7.54)and the average standard score was(88.04±16.76)..The average score of inpatient satisfaction was(243.66± 37.18).3.The results of canonical correlation analysis showed that there was a canonical correlation between the score of patient satisfaction and the score of SDM standard(P<0.01).There were 5 pairs of canonical correlation coefficients between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that shared decision-making tendency had a positive effect on patients’ satisfaction(P<0.05).After further model correction, the shared decision-making of "help patients understand relevant information" and "jointly select the final treatment plan" still showed a positive effect on patient satisfaction(P<0.01).ConclusionThe implementation of shared decision making had a positive influence on patient satisfaction, which could strengthen the implementation of shared decision-making model in medical services. |
