With the development of information technology,faster and better information services begin to play a more significant role in various industries.For the medical field of common concern,service informatization is also an inevitable development trend.The acceleration of informatization process and the problems caused by the data explosion in the medical scene need to rely on reasonable technical means to balance the two.In the medical industry,medical image data accounts for the largest proportion.With the upgrading of hardware and technology,it will also bring more complex data storage mode,more diverse digital transmission mode and more difficult to communicate information island.For large hospitals,medical image files have the characteristics of large amount of data and long storage time.At present,the traditional storage mode of medical images in most domestic hospitals has many limitations on expansibility.Facing the complex network storage environment,its access performance and availability are difficult to be fully guaranteed,and the cost burden of equipment upgrading is also high.For the medical service cloud platform,it brings inconvenience for information sharing inside and outside the hospital,providing remote diagnosis services and consulting with experts in the industry.The unscientific existing storage strategy has brought about a surge in storage costs,which requires new storage solutions.To undertake the upper medical service cloud platform system,this paper focuses on the key issues of data classification,data migration,unified scheduling and so on in the process of medical image storage management,and gives solutions.The medical image storage scheme is designed as "online" and "near line" two-level storage mode,and a value evaluation model based on multi factor comprehensive feedback is proposed,which is designed and implemented A hierarchical storage management system based on medical image is designed.This paper describes the following aspects in detail:system requirements analysis,system design and implementation,system testing and so on.The main contents include:Based on the information lifecycle management technology,the data is differentiated with the image generation time,recent access frequency and storage device load as the main granularity,and the proposed data value evaluation model is used as the standard setting strategy to realize the automatic migration of medical image data between two-level storage methods,and the data files with different heat are stored in different levels of storage The system undertakes the upper medical cloud service platform,completes the related functions of medical image hierarchical storage management,and provides users with a unified data access interface.At the same time,for the problems of data management,data integrity and security that may be brought by hierarchical storage and migration of data,this paper puts forward reasonable solutions.
