Objective:To analyze and study the correlation between Laser photocoagulation of the nervous system in patients with panretinal coagulation syndrome,such as anti vascular skin growth factors and diabetic retinopathy.Methods:The main objective of this study is to find out the confirmed NPDR patients and PDR patients in the ophthalmology clinic of the hospital from Octuber of the previous year to August of last year.According to the statistics,the total number of all patients reached 89 covering 108 eyes,all reaching the final goal of this study In addition,it also meets the requirements of anti vascular skin growth factor injection.The advantages and historical situation of PRP and anti-VEGF treatment were comprehensively discussed with the research subjects.The patients decided to use the single therapy intervention.Among them,51 eyes of 45 patients in the experimental team carried out the anti vascular endothelial growth intervention,and 44 eyes were still talking PRP intervention was carried out in 57 eyes of the patients.In addition,the total number of PRP team reached 61 eyes of 47 patients,and three patients in this group had vitreous hemorrhage in the process of ethylene treatment.At this time,51 eyes of 45patients in this group were compared with 57 eyes of 44 patients in the first group.Seven days,30 days and 180 days before the operation,the specific corneal nerves were analyzed one by one.CS data analysis showed that the diameter between them was 4mm.Using ivcm equipment to observe the size of his nerve fibers,we selected the changes of the upper and lower,temporal,nasal and the middle of the five positions,used professional SPSS 23.0 computer application to conduct a comprehensive demonstration research,analyzed the information usingχ±s reference,classified the conclusion of the parameter using N instead,carried out the necessary chi square test comparison,PRP team As well as the proportion of patients who resist VEGF group,and the proportion of patients who demand supply,based on the independent sample t-check method,the analysis of each patient Age,duration of illness,Hb A1c,CS and cnfl,and various data were analyzed.Based on the single factor comparison,multiple LSD check and SNK check strategies,the comparative analysis of different surgical interpretations and data differences were carried out.When p was lower than 0.05,it was judged to have certain significance value.Results:1.The laser group and the anti-VEGF group in the early and late stage of the operation were compared with CS and CNFL and other related indicators.There was no significant difference in the test group,but in the other group,the heart rate was significantly decreased,and each time position was different(Before the surgery CS=39.21±10.28mm,CNFL=15.91±3.36mm/mm~2),which had statistical value.The decrease in the next week or so was more significant(CS=19.47±8.21mm,CNFL=6.87±2.29mm/mm~2).The steady recovery of CS and CNFL and other related information(CS=23.33±9.51mm、CNFL=8.67±3.19mm/mm~2 at 1 month after surgery,and CS=26.67±9.32mm、CNFL=10.58±2.98mm/mm~2 at 3 month after surgery),and the big data situation of the laser group in the next 180 years was still less than the preoperative situation(CS=33.16±10.42mm,CNFL=12.08±2.88mm/mm~2).2.The results of CS and CNFL of the anti-VEGF team and the laser team were compared.The results of the anti-VEGF team were larger than those of another group.Different situations had certain statistical value,P<0.05.3.There was no significant difference in the number of FFA of each team in 180days,and the proportion of patients who wanted to make up.The P value was 0.4489,which was higher than 0.05.Conclusion:1.There is no clinical implications that the intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF induce the corneal damage.And there is no observed effects of repeated intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF on the cornea of patients.2.In the case of photocoagulation,it will cause serious damage to the corneal nerve of patients with diabetes,reducing the number of CS and CNFL,etc.after a week,the abnormal noise of the nerve is the most intense.After the loss of time,about 180 days later,the related recovery performance has basically reached the preoperative index.
