Objective:To compare the clinical results of clavicular hook plate and double loop plate in the treatment of acute acromioclavicular dialocation with coracoclavicular ligment anatomical reconstruction Methods:50 patients with acute acromioclavicular dislocation(within 3 weeks after injury)were treated with clavicular hook plate and double loop plate for coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction(hook plate in 25 cases, loop plate in 25 cases).VAS score was used to evaluate the postoperative pain results, and CMS and UCLA score were used to evaluate the postoperative functional results. Results:Patients in the loop plate group were better than those in the hook plate group in terms of hospitalization time, blood loss and incision length, and the first operation time in the hook plate group was shorter than that in the loop plate group. The VAS score,CMS score and UCLA score of the loop plate group were better those of the hook plate group, and the advantage might last until 6 mouths after the hook plate group was removed for internal fixation. Conclusion:Compared with the clavicular hook plate group, the double loop plate group has smaller incision, less bleeding, shorter hospitalization time, better postoperative effect and avoids the second operation to remove the internal fixator. |
