purpose:By comparing the two sequences of unilateral hip MRI oblique sagittal, oblique axial, oblique coronal scan, and conventional hip scan, the value of displaying the acetabular labrum structure and the diagnosis of hip impingement syndrome is discussed, and the value of hip impingement is discussed. The best MR scan sequence for syndrome diagnosis, and then provide a more reliable imaging basis for clinical diagnosis of FAI.Materials and Methods:A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with FAI clinically diagnosed in our hospital from September 2018 to November 2020 was performed through conventional hip MR scanning and unilateral hip MR oblique sagittal, oblique axial, and oblique coronal serial examinations.MR adopts Siemens 1.5T MR nuclear magnetic field, the patient lies in supine position, and the lower limbs are naturally straightened. The conventional sequence scan of the hip joint is performed first, and the presentation sequence includes the coronal and axial positions of the bilateral hip joints.Unilateral hip MR oblique scan sequence: TRA PDWI: TR3600 ms,TE 40ms;FOV 340;slice thickness/spacing 3/0.3mm;NEX 2;matrix 302*349;number of slices 24.OCOR PDWI-FS: TR 3600 ms,TE40ms;FOV 160;layer thickness/spacing 3/0.3mm;NEX 3;matrix352*182;number of layers 24.OSAG PDWI-FS: TR 3600 ms,TE 40ms;FOV 160;layer thickness/spacing 3/0.3mm;NEX 3 matrix 292*274;number of layers 24.All images are uploaded to the PACS network, and a senior professor and an attending physician will perform double-blind diagnosis on the obtained images. If the results are not uniform, they will be resolved through consultation. It mainly diagnoses the acetabular labrum injury, and analyzes the difference in effect through the statistical data of SPSS25.0.Result:Comparison of the sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of the acetabular labrum injury between the two sequences of unilateral hip MR oblique sagittal, oblique axial, oblique coronal scan and conventional hip MR scan: Unilateral hip joint oblique scan,The sensitivity is 86.4%,the accuracy is 88.0%,and the specificity is 100%;for the conventional hip scan, the sensitivity is 65.9%,the accuracy is 68.0%,and the specificity is83.3%.The detection rate difference between the sensitivity and accuracy of the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.By comparing the unilateral oblique MRI scan of the hip with the conventional MRI scan of the hip,the unilateral oblique MRI scan of the hip can more clearly show the anatomical structure of the acetabular labrum.2.Combined with unilateral oblique MR scanning of the hip,the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of acetabular labrum injury are higher, and it is more suitable as a routine examination for the diagnosis of hip impingement syndrome.
