Knee joint is the most commonly used type of prosthesis.With the development of science and technology,knee joint prosthesis has become more and more intelligent.At present,the most advanced intelligent prosthesis research has been dedicated to the restoration of amputees walking gait at the same time,also can achieve a variety of complex functions,further enrich the prosthetic work scenario,however,for the test means of the knee prosthesis is still stay in recruiting testers manual testing stage,makes the intelligent prosthesis development process has many inconvenience.In this paper,a test platform for knee prosthesis is proposed with the research background of " national key research and development program key Technology and Application Research of One-Knee and Ankle-Integrated Bionic Intelligent Lower Limb Prosthesis" The platform has three modules,each composed of an AC servo system,that work together to simulate the working environment of a knee prosthetic during testing.In this paper,particularly analyze the movement rules of lower limbs during walking.the structure of the test platform of knee prosthesis is designed,and the test method of knee prosthesis is determined.And establish the mathematical model of ac servo motor,then design PI and fuzzy PI algorithm on the basis of the ac servo motor,and simulation analysis was carried out on the two algorithms respectively in the Simulink.Control system is established relying on the adlink pci9221 multi-function data acquisition card.The program of position servo control system of written in Lab VIEW,finally in order to further grasp the performance of ac servo system in the knee prosthesis test platform.At last,in order to further master the performance of AC servo system in the test platform of knee prosthesis,the experiment is designed and implemented.The research of AC servo system in test platform is verified by theoretical analysis and experimental that can track target curve,the movement precision,the response can meet the test requirements of knee prosthesis.The test platform of knee prosthesis proposed in this paper can simplify the testing process of knee prosthesis,realize the testing of unmanned prosthesis and improve the safety of the testing of knee prosthesis,it also enrich the testing conditions of knee prosthesis by carrying out the long-term durability test of the prosthesis.
