Objective: Most studies on lipid and Metabolic syndrome(Met S)use Met S as the research endpoint, and few studies have evaluated the relationship between the development of Met S diagnostic indexes. This study is based on eight years of longitudinal data of the healthy physical examination population, using the latent growth curve model(LGCM)to describe the impact of changes in blood lipids on the dynamic changes of BMI and blood pressure, and to explore the key targets for the prevention of Met S.Method: Collect the data from the physical examination center of a hospital in Dalian from January 2010 to December 2017 to establish a longitudinal database of physical examination.Use IBM SPSS 23.0 software for data sorting and basic description, use MPLUS 8 to establish a latent growth curve model, and analyze the impact of dynamic changes of blood lipid indicators on blood pressure and BMI.Results: 1.A total of 5474 subjects were included in this follow-up study,including1869 males(34.1%)and 3605 females(65.9%).The baseline median age of males was37 years, and the median age of females was 33 years. The indicators were statistically different at baseline. At the end of the follow-up,a total of 238 people completed the seventh follow-up,and 1 person completed the eighth follow-up.2.The results of the PC-1 latent growth curve model show that the trend of blood lipid retention in men is increasing, while the blood lipid retention in women is stable;the older the age,the slower the increase in blood lipid retention in men, while women have no this effect;the more severe the lipid retention, the slower the change in lipid retention.3.The results of the PC-2 latent growth curve model show that the amount of blood lipid clearance is continuously decreasing in both male and female groups. The older the age,the greater the clearance of blood lipids;the higher the basic clearance of blood lipids in men,the faster the clearance of blood lipids. This effect does not exist in women.4.The results of the BMI latent growth curve model show that BMI has a trend of increasing in the two groups;the older the age,the higher the level of BMI;the larger the BMI of women, the slower the growth rate of BMI,but there is no such effect in men.5.The results of the SBP latent growth curve model show that female SBP has an increasing trend, and males are stable;the older the female, the higher the level of SBP,and the male has no such effect;the older the male, the faster the growth rate of SBP,And women have no such effect.6.The results of the DBP latent growth curve model show that female DBP has an increasing trend, and male DBP levels are stable;DBP has a trend of increasing with age.The older the female, the lower the DBP growth rate, and the male has no such effect.7.The results of the parallel model of the principal component of blood lipids and the BMI show that men’s blood lipid retention continues to increase, while blood lipid clearance continues to decrease. An increase in blood lipid retention will accelerate the decline in blood lipid clearance, thereby accelerating the rate of increase in BMI.In women, the retention level of blood lipids is stable, the level of blood lipid clearance has a trend of declining changes, and the trend of BMI is increasing. The increase of the retention level of blood lipids can indirectly accelerate the increase of BMI by affecting the change rate of blood lipid clearance.8.The results of the parallel model of principal components of blood lipids and the latent variables of SBP show that the retention of blood lipids in men continues to increase, while the clearance of blood lipids continues to decrease.SBP has a decreasing trend after deducting the effects of changes in blood lipids. The female blood lipid retention level is stable with SBP,and the blood lipid clearance level has a declining trend.9.The results of the parallel model of the principal components of blood lipids and the latent variable of DBP show that the retention of blood lipids in men continues to increase, while the amount of blood lipid clearance continues to decrease.Male DBP is stable after deducting the effects of changes in blood lipids. The retention level of blood lipids in women is stable, and the level of blood lipid clearance has a decreasing trend.DBP has a rising trend after deducting the effects of changes in blood lipids. Conclusion: Lipid metabolism is closely related to BMI.The faster the retention of blood lipids in men,the slower the clearance of metabolism, and the increase in BMI,prompting men to pay attention to the state of lipid retention;while women’s blood lipid retention levels are stable, and the decrease in blood lipid clearance is related to the increase in BMI.Shows that the ability to remove blood lipids is the key to controlling BMI.Lipid metabolism also has an effect on blood pressure.Lipid retention has a positive effect on blood pressure increase, while lipid clearance has a negative effect on blood pressure increase.
