Expression Changes Of CD63,CD203c And FcεRIα In Blood Basophil Of Patients With Drug Allergy

ObjectBasophil CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα,as specific markers for the diagnosis of allergic diseases,have been used in the diagnosis of allergic diseases such as pollen allergy,food allergy and house dust mite allergy,but their value in the diagnosis of drug allergic reactions is not clear.In this study,the expression changes of CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα in blood basophil of patients with drug allergy were detected,which provided a reference for the in vitro diagnosis of patients with drug allergy.MethodsA total of 17 patients with drug allergy in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the allergy group,and 17 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The expression of CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα on the surface of basophil was detected by flow cytometry,and the role of CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα in drug allergy was analyzed.Results1.The expression rates of CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα in drug allergy group were 99.60%,98.60% and 98.1%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(91.4%,75.0%,87.0%),with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the MFI of CD63,CD203c and FcεRIαin drug allergy group was significantly increased,with the highest expression by41%,57% and 16%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the expression percentages of CD63 in penicillin allergy and MFI were significantly expressed by 8.3% and 32%,the expression rate of CD203c in cephalosporin allergy and MFI were expressed by20% and 48%,respectively,and the expression rate of FcεRIα in penicillin allergy and MFI were significantly expressed by 13% and 18%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα are specific activation markers for detecting basophils in allergic reactions and play an important role in allergic reactions.2.CD63,CD203c and FcεRIα have high diagnostic value for drug allergic reaction and great guiding significance for clinical application.3.CD203c has high diagnostic value in cephalosporin allergy,CD63 and FcεRIα are of high diagnostic value in penicillin allergy.
