Objectives1.Investigate the current status of community nurses’ chronic disease management ability and analyze its influencing factors.2.Understand the needs and expectations of community managers and disease management competency training program for community nurses.The training of disease management ability provides valuable reference basis.Methods1.Investigation of the status quo of community nurses’ chronic disease management ability and analysis of influencing factorsUsing the "Community Nurses’ Chronic Disease Management Ability Questionnaire" compiled by Wang Qi as a survey tool,504 community nurses from 89 community health service institutions in Zhengzhou were selected by convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey to investigate the current status of their chronic disease management capabilities and analyze the impact Factors provide the basis for the construction of the training syllabus for this research.2.Qualitative research on the needs and expectations of community managers and community nurses for chronic disease management ability trainingThe purpose sampling method was adopted to conduct semi-structured interviews with 13 community nurses and 8 community managers in Zhengzhou City.In-depth interviews were conducted on their perceptions and attitudes towards community nurses’ chronic disease management capabilities to understand their views on community nurses’ chronic disease management As well as the needs of training,supplement the content of the training syllabus.3.Constructing a training program for community nurses’ chronic disease management abilityThrough the DACUM job analysis method,determine the post ability analysis table of the community nurse’s chronic disease management.Based on the previous literature review,current situation investigation and interview analysis results,combined with the competence domains and competence elements required by community nurses for chronic disease management,a draft of the training syllabus was formulated,and an expert consultation form was drawn up,and the expert group meeting method was used for discussion and correspondence.Ask to revise it to form the final training syllabus.Results1.Current status and influencing factors of chronic disease management ability of community nurses in ZhengzhouThrough a questionnaire survey of 504 community nurses in Zhengzhou,it was found that the total score of chronic disease management ability of community nurses in Zhengzhou was(155.27±25.68),which was at a medium level.Among them,the values and professional attitudes had the highest scores,and the professional knowledge had the lowest scores.Different work units,different ages,different professional titles,different years of nursing work,different monthly incomes,whether they have work experience in hospitals above level 2 and community nurses who have received different times of chronic disease training have statistical differences in the total scores of chronic disease management capabilities.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis model show that the type of work unit,whether or not there is a second-level or higher hospital work experience and the number of times of chronic disease-related training are the main influencing factors of the chronic disease management service ability of community nurses.2.A qualitative study of community nurses’ awareness of chronic disease management and their training needsThrough semi-structured interviews with 8 community managers and 13 community nurses,the total duration of the interview was 741 minutes.Three major themes and 9 sub-themes were refined: community soil conservation and chronic disease management skills training are urgently needed(community soil conservation and chronic disease management capabilities need to be improved,and community nurses have fewer opportunities for chronic disease management training and higher willingness to participate in training),The demand for the training content of the chronic disease management ability of community soil protection(hope to train chronic disease-related knowledge,hope to train chronic disease-related operating skills,hope to train communication skills,hope to train related systems and procedures),and form needs of community nurses’ chronic disease management ability training(The form of training hoped to be adopted,the form of teaching hoped to be adopted,the form of assessment hoped to be adopted).3.Constructing a training program for community nurses’ chronic disease management abilityThrough the course construction meeting method(DACUM meeting),the competence domains and competence elements required for the management of chronic diseases of community nurses were determined,with a total of 10 competence domains and 71 competence elements.After initially constructing the draft training syllabus,it was revised by the expert group meeting method to form the final training syllabus,including the first-level indicators(training course modules),the second-level indicators(training objectives),the third-level indicators(training content),and training methods.Class hours and assessment methods 6 parts,including8 training course modules,28 specific training objectives,127 specific training content,a total of 116 training hours are set.Conclusions1.The chronic disease management ability of community nurses in Zhengzhou is at an intermediate level and needs to be further improved.The influencing factors include the work unit,whether they have work experience in hospitals above the second level,and the number of trainings related to chronic diseases.Based on the influencing factors,targeted on-the-job training that meets actual needs should be carried out.2.Community nurses are more willing to participate in training.The training content of community soil conservation and chronic disease management capabilities should be systematic.The training objectives should be based on the actual situation in the community.The content of the training should focus on chronic disease-related knowledge,chronic disease management skills,and Communication skills,first aid knowledge and standardized management procedures for various chronic diseases,training and assessment methods should be diversified.3.The training syllabus for the chronic disease management ability of community nurses constructed by this research is practical,scientific,in line with the principles of education,and can provide a valuable reference for the training of the chronic disease management ability of community nurses.
