| Objective: To investigate the risk factors of postoperative acute kidney injury in patients with acute Stanford Type A aortic dissection. Methods: The clinical data of patients with acute Stanford A aortic dissection admitted to the department of cardiology, xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital on January 1,2014 and March 31,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the KDIGO standard, patients were divided into AKI group and non-AKI group. The data of the two groups were compared and analyzed to explore the risk factors for postoperative AKI in patients with acute Stanford A type aortic dissection. Results: A total of 175 patients were enrolled,including96 patients(54.9%)with AKI and 79 patients(45.1%)without AKI.The height of non-AKI was slightly higher than that of AKI(P=0.019).History of hypertension and ischemia were more common in patients with AKI(P = 0.011,0.001,respectively).Patients in the diastolic pressure AKI group were higher than those in the non-AKI group at admission(P=0.030).The difference in cardiac function between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.005).The proportion of patients with grade 3 and above in AKI group was higher than that in non-AKI group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that diastolic blood pressure(OR=1.017,95%CI 1.001-1.034,P=0.041)and ischemia(OR=3.344,95%CI 1.494-7.488,P=0.003)were independent risk factors for AKI.Conclusion: History of hypertension, high diastolic blood pressure, ischemia, and heart function ≥3 grade were the related influencing factors of AKI,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Is A risk factor for postoperative acute kidney injury in patients with acute Stanford type A aortic dissection. |
