ObjectiveTo observe the changes of resting energy metabolism in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus under different exercise modes and analyze the influencing factors of resting energy metabolism.Subjects and MethodsCollecting 150 patients with Type 2 diabetes in the second affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University during May.2018-Apr.2020.We divided them into three walking ways,Continuous Walking Training 50 cases,Interval Walking Training 50 cases,Long Interval Walking Training 50 cases.Observing Hb A1 c,FINS,BMI,TBM,FM,FP.We utilize analysis meter calculating REE(kcal/d)=(3.9VO2+1.1VCO2)×1.44,achieving REE.Comparing the REE changes before and after the intervention of each exercise mode.We divided patients into 3 groups according to REE(ascend, decline, unchanged),exploring correlation factors.Results1.Different walking way did not has significantly difference in REE.CWT:[(1759.39 ± 59.85)vs(1747.53 ± 51.55),P>0.05]IWT:[(1745.46 ± 64.04)vs(1738.85±76.08),P>0.05],LIWT: [(1754.03±45.89)vs(1735.82±55.88),P >0.05].2.Comparison of REE in three groups(increased, decreased, unchanged)and analyzing factors:REE is significantly corresponding with BMI、HOMA-IR、TBM、FM(P<0.05).3.Pearson analysis showed that REE is significantly corresponding with BMI、HOMA-IR、FM、TBM(r = 0.969,0.919,0.763,0.747,P< 0.05).4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI、HOMA-IR were important influencing factor for REE(Beta=0.896,0.868,P<0.05).Conclutions1.If BMI、HOMA-IR、FM、TBM did not have variation,CWT,IWT,LIWT did not influnce REE.2.If BMI,HOMA-IR,FM and TBM decreased with training,REE decreased.REE in T2 DM patients is positively correlated with BMI,HOMA-IR,FM and TBM(P < 0.05).3.BMI and HOMA-IR are important positive factors of REE in T2 DM patients(Beta=0.896,0.868,P < 0.05). |
