ObjectiveThrough retrospective analysis of the clinical and imaging results of patients with early femoral head necrosis caused by different inducements through coarse channel core decompression combined with bone morphogenetic protein implantation before and after treatment,to explore the exact efficacy of the treatment plan.MethodsA total of 60 cases(75 hips)of ARCO stage Ⅱ non-traumatic femoral head necrosis patients were selected from our hospital from January 2013 to February 2019 as the research objects. The average follow-up time was(34 ± 23)months.According to the predisposing factors, they were divided into:alcohol, hormones and specials.Three groups of hair. The three groups of patients were treated with thick channel core decompression combined with BMP implantation. The curative effect evaluation method was based on the comparison of the three groups before and after the operation,as well as the comparison of the postoperative imaging fusion time and VAS score.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the percentage scores of the three groups before surgery(P>0.05).The percentile scores of the 3 groups after operation were all higher than those before operation(P<0.005).The postoperative percentile score of the hormone group was lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the idiopathic group and the alcohol group in the percentile score after 2 years(P>0.05).The imaging fusion time and pain VAS score of the hormone group were longer than the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the imaging fusion time and pain VAS score of the idiopathic group and the alcohol group(P>0.05).ConclusionsThick channel core decompression combined with bone induction active material implantation has a good therapeutic effect on non-traumatic stage Ⅱ necrosis of the femoral head with a large area.Thick channel core decompression combined with BMP implantation is better than hormonal femoral head necrosis in alcoholic and idiopathic femoral head necrosis, and the bone healing time of hormonal femoral head necrosis is longer than that of the other two groups.
