This study intends to explore the application of professional rehabilitation methods in the rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, esta blish the rehabilitation training standards and norms after anterior cruciate liga ment reconstruction, and maximize the recovery of patients’ motor function,so as to solve the prominent and urgent problems in the rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament injury, and provide reference for its postoperative rehabilitatio n treatment. This study adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment a nd mathematical statistics.19 athletes(19 females and 10 males)of Henan pro fessional team are selected in this study. The age range is 18-28 years old.Th ey are from Henan basketball team,Henan football team,Henan baseball team,Henan volleyball team,Henan Province three-level jump team,Henan Provin ce baseball team,Henan Province Discus. After the operation, the athletes were trained and assisted in the exercise rehabilitation for 6 months. The athletes were strictly carried out according to the sports rehabilitation plan under the g uidance of the sports rehabilitation teacher. The rehabilitation plan consists of f ive stages: 1.At the first to the second week, swelling and joint activity are r estored to reduce muscle strength attenuation;2.At the third to fourth weeks, the total angle of knee joint is restored without pain activity and the basic mu scle strength is restored;3.The daily function of knee joint is restored at the5 th to 8th weeks;4.At the 9th to 12 th weeks, the knee joint function is stren gthened, but the resistance needs to be controlled deliberately. Each training sh ould set resistance according to different weight percentage, which cannot be p erformed The anterior cruciate ligament reconstructed in the third month after operation is the most vulnerable and stable.5.At the 13 th to 24 th weeks, the muscle strength around the knee joint is strengthened comprehensively(explosi ve strength training is required). The isokinetic muscle force test system,IKDC subjective knee joint evaluation table and Lysholm knee function table were u sed to evaluate the patients before and after rehabilitation. The core features of the rehabilitation program are indiba deep hyperthermia, anti gravity treadmill e xercise and isokinetic muscle strength exercise; The training arrangement in a week basically follows the plan of upper and lower limbs training on Monday,Wednesday and Friday, and core and cardiopulmonary training on Tuesday an d Thursday. The results are as follows:1.Isokinetic muscle strength test: the German i somed2000 multi joint isokinetic test system was used to test the peak moment of flexion and extension of the affected side at the speed of 60 ° / s,and th e quantitative data after rehabilitation were compared with those before operatio n.After the paired t test analysis of SPSS17.0,the peak moment of flexion an d extension of the knee after rehabilitation training was significantly different f rom that before operation(P < 0.01).The results show that the muscle strengt h of the knee joint around the flexion and extension direction has been signifi cantly improved after 6 months of rehabilitation training. After rehabilitation, the peak flexion and extension torque of healthy side was tested(the same as ab ove),and the paired t test showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),indicati ng that there was no significant difference in muscle strength of healthy side a fter rehabilitation.2.Evaluation scale: the quantitative data of IKDC subjective knee evaluati on scale and Lysholm knee function scale after rehabilitation training and befor e operation showed a very significant difference in the paired t test of SPSS 17.0(P < 0.01).The results show that exercise rehabilitation training can signifi cantly improve the knee joint function of the athletes, and the subjective pain and swelling can be significantly reduced or disappeared.Research conclusion:1.After 6 months of training and treatment, the knee joint of Henan professional team recovered well and the function improved sig nificantly. The range of motion of all the tested athletes has recovered to painl ess full angle, and the pain and swelling have basically disappeared.2.After re habilitation, the muscle strength of the affected side increased significantly com pared with that before operation, and basically recovered to the level of profes sional training, indicating that rehabilitation training has a significant positive i mpact on the subjects.Suggestion: 1.the early return of individual athletes has a certain impact on the rehabilitation training effect, but does not affect the overall improvemen t results. It is better not to carry out high-intensity training without full recove ry when returning to the team in advance,so as to avoid new damage.2.athl etes need to do more static muscle drawing after the training of professional te am.Most athletes still don’t pay much attention to muscle drawing, and often they will suffer from knee joint pain due to muscle tightness. After training,st retching and relaxing is relatively simple and not fully stretching the tense mus cles. After rehabilitation, many athletes also suffer new pain and injury due to muscle relaxation. Therefore,we need to cultivate the habit of self or stretchin g and relaxing in place. |
