As a link between evidence-based medicine and clinical practice,clinical guidelines have played an important role in regulating medical behavior and improving medical quality.Renal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of the urinary system.Compared with other types of tumor diseases,drugs for renal cell carcinoma have emerged faster.For this reason,countries and regions have continuously formulated and revised clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma.However,the survey found that the clinical guidelines in the form of texts for publishing,using and communicating,using natural language to explain the manifestations,the diagnosis and the treatment process of diseases have not been well promoted and applied.It is urgent to transform them into structured,knowledgeable and formalized representation form to assist clinical medical staff to learn the content and knowledge of the guideline and clarify the update and changes of the guideline.In view of the current situation of time-consuming inspection and frequent updating of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma,as well as the urgent needs of clinicians to learn and use the knowledge of the guidelines and sort out the updated contents of the guidelines,based on the characteristics of renal cell carcinoma disease and the clinical guidelines of renal cell carcinoma,this study constructed a multi-level knowledge model of renal cell carcinoma clinical guidelines,designed a method for graphical representation and version comparison of renal cell carcinoma clinical guidelines.Finally,by constructing a structured and graphical prototype system of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma,the scientificity of the model and the effectiveness of the method are verified and evaluated.Specifically,the main content of this study includes the following three parts:(1)Completed the construction of multi-level knowledge model of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma.The pathology,diagnosis and treatment characteristics of renal cell carcinoma,and the format,structure,content and language characteristics of renal cell carcinoma clinical guidelines were analyzed in detail.Focus on enriching the granularity and dimensions of revelation of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma,this study designed and constructed a multi-level knowledge model of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma,uses the document layer,module layer and knowledge layer in the model to organize the clinical guidelines of renal cell carcinoma from different dimensions and granularities.(2)Designed a method to realize the graphical representation and version comparison of renal cell carcinoma clinical guidelines.First,the PDF document of the clinical guideline for renal cell carcinoma is parsed and dumped into a file format that is easy to handle.Based on module layer of the multi-level knowledge model,the guideline content is organized and structured.Then preprocess the content of the guide module obtained after structuring,use the knowledge layer of the multi-level knowledge model,combine NCIt,UMLS and self-defined rule base to extract information,and store the extracted entities,relationships and attributes into the graphics database for graphing.Finally,on the basis of guideline update instructions for guideline update content identification,design guideline update content discovery and differences in knowledge characteristics analysis methods to identify new,deleted or modified content in the guideline,as well as entities,grades,quantities and time knowledge characteristics with differences.(3)Developed a structured and graphical prototype system of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma.Combined with the application status of clinical guidelines and the actual needs of clinicians,this study utilized the multi-level knowledge model of renal cell carcinoma clinical guidelines and the method of graphical representation and version comparison of renal cell carcinoma clinical guidelines,designed and developed a structured and graphical prototype system of clinical guidelines for renal cell carcinoma.By providing functions such as guide hierarchical structure browsing,version comparison,updates timing display and other functions,combined with quantitative evaluation and expert evaluation results,the scientificity,rationality and practicability of this study were verified.
