Objective:To study whether blood uric acid level is relevant in patients with T2DM diabetes and diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease and TCM syndrome. Methods:Through the actual collection of data of cases, after grouping as per UA≥304umol/L and UA<304umol/L,SPSS21.0 software was used for the multiple-factor analysis of the data. The analysis methods include pearson analysis, independent sample t-test,and chi-square test. Results:It was found that the blood uric acid level in patients with diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease was positively correlated to the blood triglyceride level, and there was a significant statistical significance(p<0.01**);the severity of lower-extremity arterial disease in patients with qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis might have a higher sensitivity to elevated blood uric acid levels. Conclusion:Patients with T2DM should caution against the risk of lower-extremity arterial disease due to elevated blood UA;T2DM patients with qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are suspected to have a higher sensitivity to UA elevation, and elevated uric acid levels should arouse more attention of patients with such type of syndrome and medical workers. |
