Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Femoston in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency, and comparing with the simple use of Femoston. The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Femoston were evaluated by serum hormone levels, antral fossicles, traditional chinese syndrome scores.Methods:54 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number method. The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with Femoston, the control group was given Femoston,3 menstrual cycle was a course of treatment. The changes of comprehensive clinical effect, serum hormone level,AFC,and TCM syndrome scores of the patients in each group were compared before and after treatment, the two groups were compared between. Results:The total effective rate after treatment was 88.0%in the treatment group and 70.0%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum FSH,LH,and TCM syndrome scores were lower than baseline, and the E2、AFC was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of FSH,E2 and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were better than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LH、AFC between the two groups(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in AMH in both groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture combined with Femoston of premature ovarian insufficiency is superior to HRT in terms of serum hormone levels and TCM syndrome scores. It has a higher clinical efficacy and is worthy of being promoted clinically. |
