| With the improvement and deepening of the current medical and health system reform in China,the original management system of traditional medical and health workers is not enough to meet the current development and actual needs of public hospitals.How to effectively improve the work enthusiasm and performance of managers in public hospitals in the new form is of great significance to enhance the competitive advantage of public hospitals.Based on the theory and method of incentive management,this paper makes a systematic study on the incentive methods of managers in various positions under the existing mechanism of LH hospital.First of all,this paper systematically combs the relevant incentive theories and practices by using the literature research method,constructs the theoretical framework and research ideas of this paper,and uses the empirical research method to analyze the current situation and incentive system of managers;secondly,it analyzes the existing problems in the current incentive system through the questionnaire of managers;thirdly,the comprehensive questionnaire survey According to the results of statistical analysis,after investigating and analyzing the demand level of hospital managers,this paper constructs three incentive models based on salary incentive,work incentive and spirit incentive.Finally,it puts forward corresponding incentive improvement measures and ideas,and promotes the improvement of incentive system through effective supervision and control mechanism,so as to improve the satisfaction and enthusiasm of hospital managers To promote the realization of organizational goals.The purpose of this paper is to systematically study the incentive system of employees in public hospitals,build an incentive model in line with the development status of public hospitals,enrich the empirical research on Incentive of hospital managers,and provide decision-making reference and management reference for medical institutions in the same industry. |
