Research On Doctor Evaluation On Online Consultation Platform

With the improvement of people’s living standards in our country,people are paying more and more attention to their own health,and the demand for high-quality medical resources is increasing day by day.China’s population accounts for 22% of the world’s population,but medical resources account for only 2% of the world’s medical resources.Due to the lack of per capita medical resources in China,the gap in medical resources between regions is obvious,and high-quality medical resources have a higher concentration,Many people choose to seek medical treatment in different places,which greatly increases the cost of patient consultation.It is important to solve the problem of uneven medical resources and the high cost of patient consultation.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the mobile medical industry has emerged as the times require.The emergence of online consultation platforms has provided patients with convenient and high-quality doctor resources for consultation methods.However,when patients receive convenient consultation services,there may be various situations in which doctors choose inappropriately and are not satisfied with the consultation services provided by doctors.In order to help patients choose a suitable doctor and improve patient satisfaction,this article uses Dr.Chunyu’s online consultation platform as an example to study the evaluation indicators of doctors on the platform,analyze the doctor’s good disease,and study the correlation between the evaluation indicators of doctors Find out the influencing factors of doctor evaluation related factor scores to help patients understand the doctor evaluation situation intuitively.At the same time,this study can also help the platform to find the characteristics of doctors who have received high evaluation.Therefore,this study has important practical significance.First of all,this article uses crawler technology to crawl doctor data from Chunyu Doctor’s platform and preprocess it,and conducts preliminary exploratory analysis on the platform doctor’s resource distribution and patient price preference.Secondly,the TF-IDF algorithm is used to analyze the text data of doctors who are good at diseases and the types of praise questions,to obtain doctor-specific disease labels.Relevant analysis was performed on multiple evaluation-related indicators of doctors,and four key factors were obtained after dimensionality reduction,and the comprehensive evaluation factors were calculated based on the variance contribution rate.Finally,some factors including comprehensive evaluation factors,service evaluation factors,and patient retention factors were used as dependent variables,and doctors’ education levels were taken as influencing factors.It was found that the influencing factors had a significant effect on the scores of doctors’ evaluation-related factors.The research results in this article show that:(1)The average timely response rate of some first-level departments and other patients are low,which may be due to the high number of perpatient consultations in this department and the pressure of doctors’ consultations.You can try to improve by increasing the number of doctors;(2)The price sensitivity of patients in each department is different.For departments with lower price sensitivity,the doctors in the department can be advised to adjust the price of the consultation,which will help to increase the enthusiasm of the doctor and further increase the consultation.Service quality;(3)By reducing the dimensions of doctor evaluation related indicators to four key factors,it can provide patients with comprehensive doctor evaluation,patient retention and other aspects of doctor evaluation rankings,helping patients to more conveniently select the appropriate doctor.(4)Through research,it is found that doctors with higher education and professional titles are more likely to obtain higher evaluations.Among the doctors who are not chief physicians,doctors who are not ranked in top three hospitals have significantly higher evaluations than doctors in top three hospitals,indicating the current reality In the circumstances,it may be irrational for patients to blindly pursue the consultation services of popular tertiary hospitals.Therefore,it is suggested that the platform does not need to pay too much attention to the doctors in the top three hospitals in the recruitment of doctors.It can tilt some resources to the doctors in non-top three hospitals,while ensuring the quality of consultation services,it can also activate more doctor resources in China.
