A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Health Care Expenditure Of Middle-aged Labor Force In The Context Of Healthy China

The "Healthy China" strategy has risen to the national strategy of China since the 19th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China.The "Healthy China Action(2019-2030)" has been issued to provide a guide for the further advancement of Healthy China.The health of the workforce continues to improve its health.With the continuous development of the social economy,people pay more and more attention to health,and the demand for health continues to increase,but the health status is still not optimistic,indicating that the degree of attention is not enough,and effective health investment needs to be made on this basis.The large investment in health is embodied in healthcare expenditures.Medical care is the basic needs of people,and it is also an important issue of people’s livelihood in China.It is of great practical significance to study the health care expenditure and its influencing factors to improve the health of the labor force,optimize health services,and achieve the goal of "Healthy China".Under this policy background,this article takes the middle-aged labor force as the research object,takes its influence factors of health care expenditure as the research category,sorts out related theories,applies the Anderson model to the health care expenditure research,and uses empirical research methods of multiple linear regression.,Exploring the state of health care expenditure and its influencing factors,trying to find the most relevant factors that affect the health care expenditure of the middle-aged labor force in China.The study found that: First,a variety of factors affect the health care expenditure of residents,health status,whether hospitalized due to illness,whether chronic illness has the most significant impact on health care expenditure,education,age,gender,nature of the unit,income,visits The level of medical treatment and whether smoking affects health care expenditure.Second,hospitalization due to illness has the greatest impact on health care expenditure,with the highest contribution rate,reaching 50%.Third,the need factor has a greater effect on health care expenditure.Tendency and ability factors.Based on the conclusions of empirical research,this article puts forward suggestions from different levels: vigorously promote health knowledge and promote healthy lifestyles;improve residents’ health awareness,attach importance to the prevention and treatment of diseases;enhance the health management of chronic diseases,attach importance to early detection and early treatment;and improve the basic medical insurance system Development of commercial medical insurance.I hope to contribute to the promotion of citizens’ health,the improvement of the medical insurance system and the strategic development of China’s health in China.
