Objective: to explore the effect of bronchoendoscope training system and traditional methods in the clinical training of electronic flexible endoscope nasal intubation for students majoring in anaesthesia,compare and analyze the training effect.The learning parameters were obtained by using a single exponential curve to fit the learning curve operated by the bronchoscopic training system,so as to provide a reference basis for reasonably designing the training cycle of nasal intubation of soft lens.Methods: thirty residential training students majoring in anesthesia in the affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January2019 to January 2020 were selected as the object of study.30 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.After entering the course,the two groups were first trained by full-time teachers to train the students on the theoretical knowledge of nasal intubation of soft lens and explain the skills of using electronic flexible endoscope.The students in the control group then observed that 5 patients were intubated with electronic soft lens under the guidance of the teacher,and then 5 patients with non-difficult airway under general anesthesia were intubated with electronic soft lens under the guidance of the teacher.On the other hand,under the guidance of the instructor,the students in the experimental group used the bronchoscopic training system to complete 30 simulation training(once,it means to find 22 patterns in the system,which should be located in the center of the field of vision).The time required for each trainee to complete the training was recorded,and a single exponential curve was used to fit the learning curve of the experimental group.After completing the above-mentioned operation,the first examination was carried out:the students in both groups used Air Sim Bronchi to simulate the human head for5 times(the soft lens entered through the nose to find the trachea protuberance),and the operation proficiency score and operation time of each time were recorded.At least 3 times,the operation proficiency score reached 3 points or more before the second examination could be carried out.The second examination: under the guidance of the instructor,5 patients with non-difficult airway were intubated through the nose with soft lens,and the intubation time of the students in the experimental group and the control group was recorded.The results of two examinations of the two groups of students were statistically.Results: when using Air Sim Bronchi to simulate human head for the first examination,the operation time of five times in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of proficiency in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).15 students in the experimental group and12 students in the control group could enter the second examination.the time of nasal intubation with soft lens in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the learning curve fitting parameters,the training time of the experimental group did not fluctuate obviously in 90(82,101)seconds when the students in the experimental group used the electronic flexible endoscope to simulate 26(23,27)times on the bronchoscope training system,and reached a stable platform period.Conclusion: in the training of electronic soft lens nasal intubation for anaesthesia students,compared with the traditional methods,the use of bronchoscopy training system has more advantages,and the ting end point of soft endoscope nasal intubation can be set by using bronchoscope training system.
