Hypokalemia,which is in the small animal clinical easily overlooked a electrolyte disorder diseases.As for dogs and cats the clinical manifestations of hypokalemia caused by more than a single one disease.The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of cefuroxime Sammy injection with different concentrations of glucose and insulin injection and other common drug effects on experimental dogs potassium ion concentration in the blood and hypokalemia model,screening the best ratio of glucose and insulin concentrations and observe hypokalemia model set up in the process of impact on the rest of the electrolytesTest method:choose healthy adult test,randomly divided into N1,N2 and N3 and N4 interchange,four groups of test group to manage all test dogs the same standard,6 h fast before experiment,2 h water.After weighing,the number of all dogs on and according to the group plans to test a dog 2 ml venous blood collection.Detection of serum electrolytes and biochemical and blood tests.According to 10 mg/kg intramuscular cefuroxime Sammy injection,waiting for the observation of 90 min,sampling again.Then press 10 ml/kg intravenous 0.9%Nacl injection,the sampling again after rehydration,then immediately injections of glucose and insulin injection,the concentration of the four groups of test group were 5%,10%,25%,50%.Then test point in time,before the injection of cefuroxime Sammy 90 min time node,rehydration after 0.9%Nacl injection time node for glucose insulin injection 0 min,10 min when glucose insulin injected in the acquisition time node,glucose,insulin injection 20 min time node,glucose,insulin injection for 30 min node and end at the time when the injected 2 h nodes of venous blood testing electrolyte,at the same time record the change of the ecg.Finally,the collected data were analyzed.Draw a dog hypokalemia model glucose insulin concentration of best fit.Test result:the concentration of potassium in the experimental group all have different degrees of change,N2 and N3 group of potassium ions in 30 min injections of glucose and insulin injection concentration were extremely significant difference compared with the test before(P<0.01),there are significant differences in 20 min time points(P<0.05).Sodium and chloride ions also have different degrees of change,but its concentration change was not beyond the normal concentration range.The change of calcium ion,magnesium ion,inorganic phosphorus basic remained stable.There was no significant difference.N2 and N3 group signature waveform electrocardiogram result in hypokalemia.Conclusion:the test dogs under the condition of the same drug use 10%glucose insulin injection,25%glucose and insulin injection can establish canine model of hypokalemia.Successful potassium ion has significant difference change during modeling,best 25%glucose and insulin injection group,other electrolytes were unaffected. |
