Shenqi Pills Affect Glucose Metabolism And Its Mechanism Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Under The Guidance Of "Junior Fire Supporting Vital Qi" Theory

Objective:To systematically sort out the contents of"The Inner Canon of Huangdi","Classic on Medical Problems","Treatise on Febrile Diseases","synopsis of the golden chamber"and other classic works about"Junior fire supporting vital qi",and analyze the ancient and modern understanding of the theory of"Junior fire supporting vital qi"And explore its application in Shenqi Pills.Clinical study observed the effect of shenqi pills on glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.The effect of shenqi pills on the expression of glucose transporter factor-4 m RNA was studied in animal experiments,and discuss the efficacy and safety.Methods:The theoretical research section is divided into selective reference to the classic literature of traditional Chinese medicine,systematically combing the origin and development of the theory of"Junior fire supporting vital qi".Sixty patients from the outpatient clinic and ward hospitalized for all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with kidney deficiency were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with metformin in the basic treatment,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Shenqi Pills+metformin in the basic treatment.8 weeks for a course of treatment,observe a course of treatment,record fasting blood glucose（FPG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2h PG）before and after treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1c）,basal insulin level（FINS）and two hours before and after treatment Insulin levels（2h INS）,and calculate the indexes of insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）before and after the treatment,the efficacy of drugs was judged by relevant indicators.In the basic research part,SD rats were raised and T2DM animal model was established.After successful modeling,the drug was administered for 8 weeks.At the end of the cycle,blood glucose metabolism related indicators were taken,and myocardial tissue was detected for GLUT4 m RNA expression level.Data from clinical observation and basic experiments were summarized,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0.The mechanism of action of Shenqi Pills provides a solid theoretical and experimental basis for the TCM treatment of diabetes.Results:Clinical and basic experimental observations showed that both groups had good effects in improving glucose metabolism disorders.FPG,2h PG and Hb A1c were decreased in both groups,and the treatment group had more obvious hypoglycemic advantages（P<0.05）.In terms of insulin,both groups improved hyperinsulinemia caused by T2DM and improved insulin resistance in patients,and the treatment group was more effective（P<0.05）.Clinical observations found that the treatment group was also superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM.Animal experiments found that Shenqi Pills combined with metformin group can effectively up-regulate the expression of GLUT4 m RNA in myocardial tissue,and provide a basis for exploring the mechanism of hypoglycemic effect of Shenqi Pills.Conclusion:Shenqi Pills combined with metformin can effectively improve insulin resistance（IR）,improve the body’s full and rapid utilization of glucose,relieve the long-term hyperglycemia of the body,and help the disease control.At the same time,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the patient’s symptoms.The disorder of glucose metabolism confirms the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Pills in T₂DM and lays a foundation for further research in the future.Animal experiments found that the mechanism of action of hypoglycemic effect of Shenqi Pills combined with metformin was related to up-regulation of GLUT4 m RNA expression in myocardial tissue.
