Clinical Observation Of Optimal Scheme Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Lymphedema After Joint Replacement

Objective : To observe the efficacy and safety of the optimal scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of lymphedema after joint replacement,and to provide a more reasonable,more effective and safer treatment scheme for lymphedema after joint replacement compared with the single scheme of traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.Methods:Patients with lymphedema after joint replacement in the department of joint orthopedics of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into three groups: Chinese and western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.Patients treated with the optimized scheme of integrated Chinese and western medicine were divided into Chinese and western medicine group,while patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone or western medicine scheme were divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The clinical symptoms,limb circumference,rehabilitation of joint function and overall efficacy of the three groups were observed,and the changes of physical examination indexes before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the safety of the treatment.Results:Chinese and western medicine treatment group total effective rate was 95%,Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 84%,the western medicine group total effective rate was 90%,the week before and after treatment symptoms,body diameter three group were improved to varying degrees,recovery of joint function after joint replacement also have a role in promoting,after statistics analysis,Chinese and western medicine group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine group curative effect have significant difference.Conclusion:Through statistical analysis of the clinical observation results of the three groups,it is suggested that the clinical efficacy of the optimal scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for lymphedema after joint replacement is better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group on the whole,especially in the aspects of symptoms,limb circumference and joint function recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
