Health is not only the purpose of human development, but also the basic right of human beings, and it is the persistent pursuit throughout a person’s life.Health,no matter when,is the core keyword of human life.In contemporary China, health has risen to a national development strategy,as General Secretary Xi Jinping put it:"People’s health is an important symbol of national prosperity and national prosperity and strength." "Health is a big deal in relation to the livelihood of the economy.Income is the core factor related to the level of health, which has been confirmed by many studies. However, the dual structure of urban and rural areas in China is obvious, and there is a huge gap between urban and rural areas in terms of income level and income composition. In addition, urban and rural areas have inherently accumulated uneven distribution of various medical and health resources, and the health literacy of residents is far from the same.It may change the impact of income on the health of urban and rural residents. Therefore,in this context,it is of great practical significance to continue to study the impact of income on the health of urban and rural residents.Taking the data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2015 as an example, this study discusses the impact of income on the health of urban and rural residents, mainly studies whether there are differences in the health impact of income on residents in towns and rural areas, and uses multivariate linear regression model to analyze and demonstrate.Specifically, the author draws the following conclusions:first, individual annual income, household annual income,professional/annual income in individual income and the proportion of earnings have a positive impact on the health of residents, the higher these income, the better the health status of residents;second, individual annual income,occupation/annual income,professional/labor annual income as a proportion of individual annual income has urban-rural differences on the health effects of residents, and the influence on rural residents is greater than that on urban residents, while the influence of non-occupational/labor income and household annual income on the health status of residents does not have urban-rural differences.According to the research ideas and the logic of writing, the text of this paper can be divided into six parts.Chapter 1st:introduction.This chapter introduces the background of the research, the statement of questions, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, paving the way for the following content.Chapter 2nd:literature review. This part is the combing and induction of the previous research experience and research results, which not only covers the relevant sociological theory of health research and the research hypothesis of the relationship between income and health, but also enumerates a large number of empirical research cases, which provide useful thinking for the author from two aspects of theory and practice.Chapter 3rd:research design. This chapter introduces the database used in this study, and puts forward the research hypothesis, explains the selected variables, independent variables and control variables and the processing of them, and the possible innovation points of this paper are put forward.Chapter 4th:the data description and statistics of income and the health of urban and rural residents. This chapter mainly carries on the descriptive analysis to the relevant research data in the database, including the basic composition of the sample, the income situation of urban and rural residents, the health situation and the interactive description of the two.Chapter 5th:the impact of income on the health of urban and rural residents. This chapter makes an empirical regression analysis of the impact of income on health deeply, tests the hypothesis of research in the third chapter, and analyzes the relationship between individual annual income, household annual income,occupation/labor income and the health status of residents by the new revenue variables based on this generation.Chapter 6th:conclusions and discussion. The last part of this paper first summarizes the research conclusions obtained, and points out the shortcomings in the research and the direction that future research should be perfected and developed, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the conclusions obtained. |
