Effect Of Combination Of Internal And External Traditional Chinese Medicine With Western Medicine On Treating Pulmonary Tuberculosis Of Lung Yin Deficiency Type

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with Acupoint Application on pulmonary tuberculosis with deficiency of lung yin.Methods:60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were included in the study be in our hospital from 2017 June to 2019 May.Divided them into two groups in random.Patients in control group(n=30)were treated by routine antituberculotic(2HRZE/4HR).Patients in treatment group(n=30)were treated by Traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Acupoint application combined with western medicine chemotherapy(2HRZE/4HR).The improvement of clinical symptoms,bacterium of phlegm negative transform,Lung CT,BMI and Adverse drug reactions were observed in two groups.Result(1)There was no significant differencebetween the two groups in TCM symptom scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05)between TCM symptom score in treatment group.(2)There was no difference in body mass index(BMI)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement of BMI after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)In the course of 6 months,the number of leukopenia in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group reduced the incidence of liver function injury to a certain extent,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(4)After one month of treatment,the negative conversion rate of acid-fast bacilli in sputum of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate of acid-fast bacilli in sputum between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)In terms of lesion absorption,CT lesion absorption in the first two months was significantly faster than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,CT lesion absorption in the two groups was better than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Acupoint Application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can better improve clinical symptoms,increase body mass index,promote lesion absorption to a certain extent,reduce adverse drug reactions,and is more conducive to patients to adhere to the whole course of taking medicine.Because of its simple operation,it can be used as a common treatment program.
