Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System For Modernization Of Tianjin Urban Dairy Cattle Breeding Industry

In recent years,under the background of consumption upgrading,people have increasingly strict requirements on ecological environment and food safety.Dairy cattle breeding industry is a representative industry of food safety and a landmark industry of agricultural modernization.On May 14,2013,When General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Tianjin,Tianjin agriculture was positioned as "modern urban agriculture".The modernization level of dairy farming directly affects the modernization development level of urban agriculture in Tianjin.To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for modernization of urban dairy cattle breeding industry.It can not only provide important theoretical basis for accelerating the modernization development process of dairy cattle breeding industry in Tianjin,but also be applied to the evaluation of modernization level of urban dairy cattle breeding industry in Tianjin,so as to evaluate its dynamic evolution process more scientifically,objectively and reasonably.It has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the modernized development level of urban dairy farming and accelerate the modernized development of urban agriculture in Tianjin.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows1.Development status of dairy farming industry in Tianjin.The green development of dairy farming industry has been improved significantly,with the increase of independent pastures year by year and the gradual reduction of breeding communities.All pastures are transforming to standardization and scale,and the mechanization and intelligent management of pastures are high.The ranches in Tianjin are mostly concentrated in the outer suburbs,and the land resources are relatively rich,so it is easier to realize the leisure and sightseeing function of dairy farming,which is consistent with the positioning of urban ranches.The yield per unit area of dairy cows in Tianjin was higher than that in Beijing and Hebei province,and the quality of fresh milk was also higher than the national level.2.Construction of evaluation index system for modernization of urban dairy farming.In the modern city agriculture,on the basis of theoretical analysis,based on the characteristics of modern urban agriculture and tianjin dairy farming,from the level of greening,mechanization level and intelligent level,high efficiency,and organizational level and the industrial convergence level six aspects of 23 indicators,construction of Tianjin urban dairy farming modernization evaluation index system.Expert scoring method combined with analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and the standardized index data was weighted to obtain the comprehensive score of modernization level of urban dairy farming.3.Empirical analysis on modernization level of urban dairy farming industry.The index system was applied to evaluate the modernization level of urban dairy farming in Tianjin,Tianjin districts and Beijing,and was compared and analyzed.The results of empirical analysis showed that the modernization level of urban dairy farming in Beijing was 1.04 points higher than that in Tianjin,and the modernization level of Binhai New Area was the highest and that of Jinghai district was the lowest.According to the results of empirical analysis,the problems of modern urban dairy cattle breeding industry in Tianjin were found: practitioners with low educational background,shortage of science and technology personnel;Insufficient application of intelligent management function;Weak awareness of branding;The integration level of the first,second and third industries is low.In order to accelerate the modernization level of Tianjin urban dairy cattle breeding industry,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
