| The botanical characters,branch cold resistance and fruit quality of the new cold resistant wine grape lines "1306" and "1805" were determined in order to master the cold resistance characteristics of the new lines,understand their advantages and disadvantages,and lay a foundation for approval,popularization and application in the future.In terms of botanical characters,"1306" and "1805" were used as experimental materials,and ’Cabernet Gernischt’,’Cabernet Sauvignon’,’Marselan’were used as control materials.The young shoots,young leaves,new shoots,mature leaves,inflorescences and branches were investigated.In terms of cold resistance: the morphological structure of branches of five varieties(lines)was observed;The branches were treated at low temperature at 0℃,-4℃,-8℃,-12℃,-16℃,-20 ℃,-24℃ and-28℃.The physiological indexes such as relative conductivity,water content,soluble sugar and soluble protein were measured,and the cold resistance was evaluated by principal component analysis.In terms of fruit quality,taking "1306" as the experimental material and ’Cabernet Sauvignon’,’Marselan’ as the control varieties,the external and internal quality of grape fruit were measured,and the fruit quality was evaluated by principal component analysis.The preliminary results are as follows:1.The botanical characters of new wine grape lines "1306" and "1805" such as leaves,shoots,inflorescences and branches were systematically described.2.With the increase of low temperature stress,the relative conductivity of the annual branch of 5 wine grape varieties(lines)increased,showing a“S”type change,while those with strong cold resistance had low relative conductivity content and little increase,while those with weak cold resistance had the opposite.3.The order of cold resistance according to the half lethal temperature is "1306" > "1805" > ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ > ’Marselan’ > ’Cabernet Gernischt’.4.The ratio of soluble sugar,soluble protein and bound water/free water in the branches of 5 wine grape cultivars(lines)increased at first and then decreased with the decrease of treatment temperature,while the content of MDA increased.5.The cultivars with high xylem ratio,low phloem ratio,low cortex ratio and relatively high xylem ratio had strong cold resistance.6.The comprehensive order of cold resistance of five wine grape varieties(strains)is: "1306" > "1805" > ’Marselan’ > ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ > ’Cabernet Gernischt’.7.The comprehensive order of fruit quality of three wine grape varieties(strains)is: "1306" > ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ > ’Marselan’. |
