Seed treatment is an important step to ensure the whole seedling and affect the final yield.It has become an important content of biological research to improve seed vigor and yield by high voltage electric field treatment.Plant hormones also play an important role in seed germination process.Soaking seeds with gibberellin can break seed dormancy and promote plant growth.At present,China’s rice planting area is the world’s second,the output of the world’s first,but China’s population is large,the demand for rice is large,so before sowing can be through different treatment to improve the physiological metabolism of seeds,restore or improve the seed vitality,increase the yield of rice,so as to improve the level of agricultural production.Therefore,in this study,the effects of gibberellin and high voltage electrostatic field treatment on rice seed vigor were studied.Firstly,the effects of different GA3 immersion concentration,plate type and electric field treatment time on germination characteristics of rice seeds were studied,and the appropriate GA3 immersion concentration and electric field optimization interval were screened out.Then,the effects of high voltage electrostatic field treatment on germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics of rice seeds were studied by using plate type,plate spacing,voltage and electric field treatment time as variables after rice seeds were treated with appropriate gibberellin concentration.The main studies were as follows:(1)The voltage is 20 k V,plate spacing is 5 cm under the condition of fixed,in different high voltage electrostatic field under different plate processing time and gibberellin collaborative processing rice seed,seed soaking concentration of rice seed each index were improved significantly,and gibberellin seed soaking with electric field treatment under the action of double factors than single factor effect is better,The effect of different plate electrostatic field treatment on rice seeds is different,the effect of arc plate electrostatic field treatment is slightly better than parallel plate and needle plate electrostatic field treatment.The germinating potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index were increased by42.76%,14.94%,28.07% and 52.94%,respectively,when the concentration of gibberellin was40 mg/L and the arc electrode electric field was treated for 6 min,and the growth of seedlings was significantly promoted.After 9 min of electric field treatment,the germination indexes of rice also improved greatly,so the optimization interval of electric field treatment was near the time range of 6 min to 9 min.(2)On the basis of the selected optimization interval,under the fixed ga3 concentration of 40 mg/L,the orthogonal experiment was designed to treat rice seeds with plate type,plate spacing,voltage and electric field processing time as variables.Under the same other conditions,the rice seeds were treated with arc plate,plate spacing of 4 cm,voltage of 8 k V,The treatment time of 8 min was better for the comprehensive improvement of all rice seed indexes,which could better improve the seed vigor and promote the growth of rice plants.Under the condition of arc plate spacing of 6cm and 14 k V voltage treatment for 8min,rice seed vigor was improved the best.(3)Under the synergistic effect of high voltage electrostatic field and gibberellin,the activities of POD,CAT and amylase in rice seeds were greatly increased,and the content of MDA was effectively reduced.The three plates had little effect on the content of different enzymes.Under the same other conditions,the effects of parallel or arc plates,spacing of 4cm,voltage of 8 k V and treatment time of 8min on the contents of enzymes in rice seeds were better.
