| The effect of HPS microbial fertilizer on the fruit quality and yield of Aksu apples was investigated and analyzed by reducing the application of chemical fertilizer and increasing the application of HPS microbial fertilizer in different gradients,in order to obtain the most suitable fertilizer dosage for Aksu apples,and to provide guidance for the cultivation of Aksu apples to achieve the goals of reasonable fertilization,quality improvement and efficiency.In this study,we analyzed the results of the experiment of increasing HPS microbial fertilizer and reducing chemical fertilizer in the apple test area of Aksu region,and found that increasing the application of HPS microbial fertilizer in the cultivation and management of apple in Aksu region had the effect of improving fruit set rate and apple yield as well as soluble solids content.However,excessive or small amounts of HPS microbial fertilizer not only failed to achieve good results,but also might cause yield reduction or fruit quality reduction.The results showed that the yield and soluble solids content of the local apple It is proved that it is possible to promote orchard improvement and chemical fertilizer reduction by increasing the application of microbial fertilizer and reducing the application of chemical fertilizer,so as to effectively improve the yield and quality of apple fruits and provide technical support for the local forestry and fruit industry to improve quality and increase efficiency.By studying the effects of HPS microbial fertilizer on apple orchard environment,soil physical and chemical biological properties,fruit yield and quality,the following conclusions were drawn.(1)HPS microbial fertilizer can significantly reduce 0-40 cm soil bulk density and increase total soil porosity,and it is most obvious in 0-20 cm soil layer;significantly increase and reduce 0-40 cm soil p H and0-20 cm soil total salt content,and the most obvious fertilization combination of 500 kg HPS microbial fertilizer + reduced application of 50-75% chemical fertilizer.(2)HPS microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the content of organic matter,alkaline decomposed nitrogen,fast-acting phosphorus and fast-acting potassium in 0-20 cm and 0-40 cm soils of orchards,and the effect is more obvious in A1 and A2 areas.(3)HPS microbial fertilizer can improve single fruit weight,single plant yield and other economic traits;improve the soluble sugar content,sugar-acid ratio and reduce the titratable acid content of fruits,with the best effect of 500 kg HPS microbial fertilizer + reduced application of 50-75% chemical fertilizers. |
