In order to study the effects of different fertilization treatments on the growth physiology and yield quality of Hainan cigars,Haiyan 101 was taken as the research object,three types of fertilizers were designed,with a total of seventeen treatments,of which LT1 was conventional fertilization,and LT2-LT4 represent two kilograms,four kilograms and twelve kilograms of coffee grounds respectively;LT5-LT7 represent sesame cake fertilizer treatment capacity two kilograms,four kilograms and twelve kilograms respectively;LT8-LT10 respectively represent magnesium sulfate treatment capacity 0.2 kilograms,0.4 kilograms,1.2 kilograms;LT11-LT13 represents zinc sulfate treatment amount of 0.04 kilograms,0.08 kilograms,0.24kilograms;LT14-LT16 respectively represents borax treatment amount of 0.04 kilograms,0.08 kilograms,0.24 kilograms;LT17 is 0.4 kilograms magnesium sulfate,0.08 kilograms zinc sulfate and 0.08 kilograms borax mixed fertilization.The main findings are as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the leaf length,leaf width,stem circumference and chlorophyll SPAD value increased most significantly in the LT7 treatment;the leaf thickness decreased significantly under the LT10 treatment;the main vein and branch of the tobacco leaves were significantly increased under the LT6 and LT7 treatments,respectively.Thinning.The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that under the treatment of LT7,Haiyan 101 had the best field performance.Among the 17 fertilizer treatments,LT4,LT7,LT10,LT11,and LT16 had relatively small leaf area reduction rates,relatively large thickness reduction rates,and relatively small weight reduction rates;LT10had the best overall effect.(2)All kinds of fertilizers have the best physical properties under the treatments of LT4,LT7,LT9,LT13 and LT15,of which LT7 is the best treatment.The correlation analysis results of the physical indicators of tobacco leaves showed that there were different degrees of correlation between the physical indicators,among which there was a very significant positive correlation between leaf density and thickness.The chemical compositions of various fertilizers were most coordinated under the treatments of LT2,LT5,LT10,LT11 and LT15,of which LT10 was the best treatment.The results of correlation analysis of chemical constituents in tobacco leaves showed that the total sugar content was positively correlated with reducing sugar content,and was negatively correlated with potassium content;nicotine content was positively correlated with total nitrogen content.(3)Through the correlation regression analysis,the regression models of single leaf weight,leaf density,tensile force and conventional chemical components were established respectively,which can predict the physical indicators of tobacco leaves.The results of canonical correlation analysis showed that the percentage of stems increased with the decrease of reducing sugar and nicotine content and the increase of total sugar content,total nitrogen content and the ratio of two sugars.(4)The burning rate of cigar leaves in each fertilizer treatment was higher than that in the control group,among which the treatments with better burning characteristics were: LT16,LT14 and LT10.The grayscale of the cigars treated with each fertilizer after burning was smaller than that of the control group,that is,the ash was whiter than that of the control group.The experimental groups with better gray scale are: LT2,LT12,LT7 and LT8.The sensory evaluation results showed that the total score of the fertilization treatment was higher than that of the control group;the sensory evaluation score of the LT10 treatment was the highest.The results of grey correlation analysis showed that the factors that had a greater impact on sensory quality were total nitrogen,potassium and nicotine,while chlorine,reducing sugar and potassium chloride had little effect.Judging from the final output value,the law of comprehensive economic benefits of different types of fertilization treatments is: organic fertilizer > inorganic mixed fertilizer > inorganic fertilizer > control group,and the higher output value groups are LT6,L10 and LT15.To sum up: LT10,that is,when magnesium sulfate was treated with 1.2 Kg,had the best comprehensive performance among the 17 treatments in terms of agronomic properties,tobacco drying effect,physical and chemical indicators,sensory evaluation,combustion characteristics and economic benefits,so it should be used in Hainan cigars.LT10 this fertilization mode.
